I was stuck in Orlando due to flight delays. Well I was in line at the airport trying to rebook my flight I looked for an inexpensive Orlando hotel. This one fit the bill. It was in a location very close to the airport with a lot of restaurants around it. It was clean and tidy.

They need to do a better job cleaning the toilet especially under the rim and I couldn’t figure out how to get hot water but I figured it out accidentally. Also, I really needed a blanket by the time I figured out that I needed a blanket I was already in my pajamas and didn’t want to go down to the front lobby so I slept in my sweatshirt.

Your staff was extremely nice! They went out of their way to greet me, and make me feel at home amongst friends. They'd tried to obtain a ride for me (airport shuttle), and had excellent recommendations on local services. The pool waa extremely clean, as was the welcome station with coffee, and fireplace lounge. They went above and beyond upon my arrival! What a team!

The bedding and carpet had stains (it happens) and although we went to breakfast at 8am it was hit hard and not replenished (no eggs, low on items like flavored jam, and options were lack luster at best). The mattresses made my arm go numb. I probably needed an extra pillow and it would've positioned me better. I'm sure it's my fault. I should've asked for another pillow

I loved how close the hotel was to the airport. It was clean in the public areas as well as the room. The nice size king suite we had and my daughter and grandson had the double room also nice. The pool and spa were great and clean. It's nice to have plenty of tables out at the pool to eat and relax.

A few spots in our carpet in the room. No turkey or pork sausage options on the breakfast bar. Shuttle offered but no driver on our check-in or out. They pay for lyft which is nice. Most hotels have shuttle service within 3 miles of the hotel this one didn't have this option with so many nearby restaurants that would be nice for people who don't have a rental.

The location was very close to the airport, the accommodations were clean and quiet.

When I arrived at my room, the door was ajar - it made me nervous because the door should be locked upon arrival. I went in cautiously and checked around before feeling comfortable. Also, in the morning housekeeping entered my room while I was asleep. She told me that the room was listed as empty on her list. She was very polite and apologetic, I totally understand it was not her fault. But it still startled me.

This was a last-minute booking after being stranded at MCO. I appreciated the last-minute booking discount. That is the reason I chose your hotel over the many others in the vicinity. I also appreciated the airport shuttle. It was just what I needed and ran right on time.

I didn’t like that I couldn’t get a cup of hot water that didn’t taste like it was run through a coffee pot. I like hot water for my morning tea but I find that many coffee machines in hotels, yours included, make it taste like coffee. Even a hot water dispenser in a common area would be great.

We visited this Motel on two occasions on our recent trip to Florida and Georgia as it was convenient for the Airport. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Anyway, apart from the complaints below, we had a excellent stay

We had the following complaint on our second visit there was no scrambled egg, burgers or butter for breakfast. I pointed this out to reception and they said they were in the middle of conversion work ( so I took their word for it?) Also what we did not like in any of the Motels we visited was plastic knives forks and spoons, paper plates, cups and cereal bowls which has never happened to any Hotels Boarding Houses or B and B we have visited in the UK11 Surely, if one of these motels had decent cutlery and plates etc. it would make them more inviting and probably promote more trade?? This also applied to the bathrooms which for some reason had shampoo but no shower gel?? The mind boggles??

Our room was spacious and clean. We only stayed one night in the beginning of our vacation and one night at the end. This hotel is very conveniently located near the airport. The shuttle service in the morning to the airport was exceptional. The breakfast was very good. Many choices for all including waffles, eggs and cereal. The pool, hot tub and outdoor facilities were well kept. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel could use some new carpets and paint. Although it was adequately clean, it is showing signs of needing a facelift. The shuttle service could not pick us up at the airport due to a flight delay. This forced us to get a cab. It was an expense we were not counting on and an inconvenience when we were already tired. Minor things our stay overall, was excellent.

The breakfast was more than we expected. It was a great start to the day.

We had to go back to the airport the next morning to collect a rental car. We were left at terminal A. The driver said he couldn't drop us off at terminal C, even though he made a stop to collect us at terminal C the previous day. This meant a very long trek through all the terminals for two people with limited mobility and no assistance until we checked in at terminal C.

Great location and enjoyed the daytime staff, breakfast, pool and Hottub.

Someone got stuck in elevator during my two day stay and freindly staff during the daytime but nighttime staff took a little more time to answer the desk as they were on there phones instead of assisting the guests. I’m tall so I noticed the upper of the shower was a little dusty and had left over shower caps and other objects from other guests.

The room was generally very clean and an improvement over our previous hotel (another chain, another city). The airport shuttle driver was very pleasant and departed on time at 5:00 in the morning. I was also pleased that there was a coffee station in the lobby.

The WiFi reception was HORRIBLE in our room. We had to sit in the open doorway of the room to use the internet service to check in for our flight. Everyone walking past could see directly into our room but the alternative was to sit on the floor in the hallway. That was very disappointing. The coffee in the lobby at 5:00 was COLD.
