I liked the fact that they have a free airport shuttle. The staff was good when they were actually at the front desk. Breakfast was excellent. They have the best cappuccinos and a decent selection of food offerings.

I tried to schedule my free airport shuttle pickup before hand and was told that once I land and collect my bags from baggage claim then call the hotel for my airport pickup. I did as instructed and I called and called but no one picked up my calls. I called about 8 times (no exaggeration) over a 15 min period and finally the front desk picked up. And even when I went downstairs to buy bottled water from the little mart on site (as they do not provide water in my room) there was never anyone at the front desk and I had to wait to pay for my bottles of water. Also, there are 2 elevators but only 1 was working the weekend I stayed there. This was very inconvenient because I was on the 4th floor and the 1 elevator that was working was super slow and always packed.

Very clean, great location. Close to the airport! The best part is the airport shuttle. We had someone pick us up in less than 5 minutes outside the airport terminal.

The room was better than expected and very spacious. Nice kitchenette, with table & chair, it was like a separate living room where the sofa was which was kind of private from where the bed was. The bathroom was spacious and the bathroom sink was off from the bathroom. There was also a desk and chair to work from if needed. Lobby are nice and clean, Hot breakfast was awesome and a variety of selection. The pool area was very nice and clean.

There was a small damp odor in the room that I didn't like. The sofa bed mattress had several of stains on it and should of had a mattress pad on it

Loved the spacious room the good shower. Amazing fantastic breakfast. Nice pool. Wonderful front desk staff Tuesday, Weds, Thurs morning/day shift. The most helpful hotel staff I have ever met I wish I remembered her name to thank her personally. Lovely safe area beautiful walks in the area. Everything we needed was easy.

When I arrived from overseas with my 4 daughters I had to pay for taxi as I did not have an usa phone to call the hotel to re- request the shuttle when I had arrived. I had already let them know when I booked I would need to be picked up by a shuttle and what time my flight was landing. This was the only drawback of the whole stay but it was a difficult start as I had no way of contacting them.

I stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Suites Orlando Airport for one night, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The free airport shuttle was prompt and easy to arrange — such a relief after a long flight. The driver was friendly and helpful with my bags, and the ride to the hotel was quick and comfortable. Check-in was smooth and the front desk staff were welcoming and professional. My suite was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a very comfortable bed and everything I needed for a restful night. The hotel itself was quiet, and I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere despite being so close to the airport. I also noticed the lobby and common areas were very clean and well-maintained, which speaks to the level of care the staff take here. For a quick, stress-free stopover near Orlando Airport, I highly recommend this hotel. The combination of friendly service, excellent shuttle, and comfortable suites really made my stay pleasant. I would definitely stay here again!

Large room. Kettle, two sinks, decent bathroom with a bathtub that also has a shower faucet. Large and powerful air conditioner with controls on the wall. Good free breakfast with good selection: boiled eggs, omelette, bacon, cereal with milk, yoghurt, pancakes and waffles.

The elevator was a little slow, and the hotel shuttle took a little long to reach me. I had to transfer to another terminal with a free airport shuttle because the hotel reception told me over the phone they can only reach terminals A and B. Overall, everything was OK.

Clean King Room (standard), really Spacious room with small eating bar, sink area, vinyl flooring, AC works well, comfortable king bed, very peaceful. I'll definitely come back and I recommend.The hotel was clean and quiet. Towels were white and plush. Didn't smell like the hallway. Overall a pleasant stay. DK (Young man) who checked us in was awesome, I loved his multitasking skills as he deliver excellent customer service. Thank you.

Lobby and commons areas were hot. No HDMI access on the TV due to universal remote so I couldn't use my streaming device. Hallway smelled old and musty, Toilet low pressure, Shower low pressure.

This place excceded all my expectations. For being so affordable it was better than most places ive been while paying way more. Nice sellection of breakfast,hot chocolate and coffee when you want it during any time of day or night(if you like it tho). Nice location,many shopping places at walk distances,friendly and helpfull staff,and free ride to airport A+++.Nice and clean rooms too.

Well could have been better if my room were cleaned daily.I mean my first two days no one came but then the rest of the days they did.And the hallway have a light milddew odor,not the rooms tho,and i still havent got my deposit. Other than that nice overall.

Wasn’t thrilled about the breakfast

The breakfast would have been better if it were people helping to prepare the pancakes and waffles because some people did not know what they were doing.

Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Bed was beautifully made up. Loved the hot breakfast provided. Staff pleasant and welcoming. Location of hotel fairly central to most things within the area.

Only negative was the smell of the carpets as you exit lifts to access rooms. Smell gross and revolting and detracts from all the wonderful things this hotel has to offer. Suggestion - get rid of carpet and make same flooring as rooms. Another minor negative was scrambled eggs in dining area was a tad over done but overall breakfast was good.
