The hotel was extremely clean, which I always appreciate, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Room service came by daily to clean the rooms also. The location was also moderately close to the places I needed to visit, making it quite convenient without being in the middle of heavy traffic.

One thing I would note is that the breakfast selection was fairly limited compared to other similar hotels, so if you’re hoping for a large variety, you might want to plan accordingly. Also, if you happen to get a room on the side facing the pool, be prepared for some noise during the day (and into the night) — the sounds from guests and children using the pool area can be a little distracting at times.

Absolutely amazing value some of the BIGGEST ROOMS I've ever stayed in in a hotel, great for kids because of all the space in the rooms, awesome soft yet firm beds great pillows. All around great hotel and staff and great morning breakfast. This will definitely be my new choice of hotel when visiting Orlando

The only complaint I have is the bathroom door is really heavy but that's very little to complain about when everything else far exceeded expectations

The room is spacious and comfortable and very nice decorated, shower works perfectly, and for the kitchen the refrigerator is convenient; the property seems very new and clean; definitely we'll come back again.

Usually for the A/C when I set the temperature a little higher (warmer) I don't expect to turn-on the heater, I just want the A/C off until the temperature reach the set selected. Little uncomfortable to feel hot air in summer.

All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room, lobby, and outside of the hotel were extremely clean. Breakfast area was set up nicely, but it could have had maybe a few more hot items. (Possibly oatmeal or grits) Even though my stay was for a sad event, I felt very comfortable staying at the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

Unfortunately, my trip was planned last minute. I had to attend a funeral. I feel that the rate could have been a little lower under the circumstances.

The room was spacious and clean. We loved having the kitchenette area. The facilities themselves were very nice. We spent some time at the pool and it was clean and enjoyable. All the staff were helpful and kind. We only stayed one night as it was the end of a long road trip before taking a flight home. We would have stayed longer and it is the only hotel we stayed at on our trip that I would say that about. Breakfast was a nice bonus. Nothing fancy.

Everything Room was very clean. Had shower doors, rather than a curtain. Great water pressure and very clean. Room was super large with curtain dividing the bedroom from living area (pull-out couch). AC worked great. TV was great - had a great HD picture and was able to watch Netflix and YouTube.

Bed was a little soft for my liking but that is just a personal thing.

Hotel is in a great location - super close to UCF and many other dinning spots, stores, etc. the staff was very nice, especially the young girl who checked us in while being bombarded by parents and families in town for graduation.

The coffee would be my only complaint because I filled my cup and could still see the bottom lol. I ran to foxtail coffee afterwards for some and I’m obviously not expecting Starbucks brew but something a little better would be nice

Staff was friendly and attentive. Each request was immediately processed. The ubication of the hotel is perfect; not to close nor to far from the most populated attractions.

They might look into the breakfast time and make this somewhat later. Other than that; all was perfect.

I love the way the staff was always there for us, friendly and kind. Breakfast was always consistent and fresh and service staff was attentive. Rooms were clean and ample, my family and my pet really enjoyed the stay.

More variety for breakfast.

Booked through Booking.com and paid for stay in advance. But when we checked in the hotel claimed Booking.com only paid for one of the rooms and took more money from us. Only to confirm the full amount already paid to Booking.com and now they won't refund our money.
