the room was very clean and very nice. the staff very friendly and helpful. would definitely stay here again.

The elevator is in desperate need of repairs. it wobbled when in used and was kinda scary. also with the construction going on parking was a challenge if you came in late.

Clean, bathroom very good and stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer.

No convenience outlet for coffee maker. Would have liked a better breakfast option.

Extremely comfortable bed. Fresh food for breakfast and a warm hospitable environment overall.

Lack of wide array of TV channels. That is the only fault we found, and that's tiny imo. Everything else was wonderful.

The property was great and close to UCF which was key!

The A/C went on and off during the night so it got hot and then cooled down.

The night guy was refused one of my guests after 11pm then called me and asked me a bonvoy and booking member what room I was in clearly he knew cause he called the room???? Also backdoor balcony was missing half the curtain so people could look in...

We found the accommodations great and clean, however the staff was very friendly and understanding, I needed a late check out due to my flight departing in the evening and they were very helpful. Strongly recommend this hotel as all members of staff were amazing .

Comfort of the bed, the building was nice and updated. The staff was friendly, the Bistro was nice.

The snacks were expensive and the bistro was overpriced but the food tasted good. Lots of road noise. We also stayed on New Years Eve so there were a lot of guests that were loud.

Great place, we liked everything.

Mattress needs to be replaced, it is old and too much soft, not comfortable.
