We stay here for our family vacation every year. Close to theme parks. Very clean and welcoming resort. Large pool, restaurants, convenient store and pool bar.

Kids in the pool were running around and it could use a lifeguard or someone to keep roudy kids from ruining a great day. Kids were throwing footballs and running around the pool area. The parents were too busy drinking not paying attention to their kids. Yes it’s a family resort but the balls were hitting folks trying to relax. Front desk didn’t answer.

The accommodation is excellent for the price . We have stayed here before (7 years ago) and it has been kept in really good condition. The furniture is a little dated, but in terms of space, location and maintenance of the site we were delighted and we will visit again. The pool area is really clean and tidy, this is reflective of the whole site. We used the gym which was very good and the shop (whilst expensive), is well stocked. The staff were very friendly. On site parking was always available. The rooms are big and spacious, four of us stayed in a 2 bedroom accommodation and it was excellent. The kitchen area is small, but that is okay. Location is superb for Disney, we could reach any park in 10-15 mins, this meant we could come home and then return back to the parks when we were ready. Universal is a 25 minute drive up the i4, this was fine and not a problem at all. The shuttle bus picks you up outside the hotel and is a very good service. An Uber back from the parks was 10- 12 dollars. Overall an excellent accommodation for the price.

location was perfect, convenient to all parks and we could see the fireworks from our balcony every night at magic kingdom and Epcot which was cool. the kitchen was equipped with the basics. pool area and water were clean too. grocery store and shopping outlets were right behind hotel as well which was very convenient.

unit was dated and smelled a bit musty. the pirate plunge showed age and wear, fountains were not operating.

Paid extra for Fireworks facing apartment, we were in 8th floor but could not see fire works. Also advertised as 2 miles from Disney… but is more like 6 miles. The furniture in apartments are dated but the hotel is very clean and well maintained

I did not like the fact that the toilet, bathtub and shower are not a separate area from the bed…especially the toilet!! There’s no privacy without kicking the other person out of the bedroom. I also did not like that there are vents above every bedroom door….again no privacy. You can hear everything!! There was only one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom for an 8 day stay for 6 people. In the pictures I attached you can see how not private the room is and the vents above the doors.

We rented two bedroom apartment. Myself, wife and three boys (under 10) had an amazing time there. There are two good size bedrooms ; master comes with Hottub Jacuzzi , a closet room , toilet room and a bathroom - which was excellent. Kids room wasn't attached but the washroom was just next to their room, very convenient. Kitchen is loaded with plates, cutleries, and some cookware - more than enough if you would like to do light to medium cooking. When you open room, it goes directly to guestroom, which was good in size and it's an open concept apartment. The balcony view was amazing (pool view) but after pool its some type of swamp but that wasn't a deal breaker at all. Stacked washer and dryer was super helpful, so had to take only very less number of dress pair. Carpet was old but it was clean. We had a good time there and will surely go back next time. Oh one more thing, the location was very close to Disney, just 15 minutes drive and lots of shopping centers near by as well. We travel world wide and in my view, this place was amazing. The staffs were very courteous (99% Spanish, but they know EN very well) and one lady at Disney counter (I think her name is Deb, originally from Texas) she was super good. She knows places very well and make sure you talk to her to plan your itinerary. OH DANG! I forgot the main thing - the pool - it was freaking awesome. I am 6.1 feet I turned out to be kid again when I slide through that big boat slide - it was super cool. Big clean and nicely kept pool with loads of towels etc. It starts from 0 Feet depth to 5 feet, so kids are safe and most of the time I saw one lady sitting and watching and making sure everyone is safe. There is a tikibar next to it too.. Pretty cool place altogether.

We reached 11 AM , checking was at 4 PM. Requested is there any possibility to check in earlier, the manager man told no. Made the payment and left for shopping , was bit tired as it was a long journey from Canada. Then we went at 5 PM he told the apartment was NOT ready, was bit upset but a Spanish lady manager came and she right away gave us another apartment. This is the only thing I didn't liked about my stay but it's quite normal and not holding against them as manager lady was very intelligent and courteous as she gave a better apartment. My card stopped working one time, they fixed that as well.

It was the cleanest property I have stayed at in many years! There wasn’t even dust on the base boards. The cleanest shower I have ever seen!

I do not think I can say one negative word the actual condo property. The waterslide height however was annoying my 6 yr old daughter, who is an excellent swimmer, could not get on the slide bc she was too short. Mind you that other kids with floating devices did bc of their height. Little ridiculous to be punish bc your shorter kid. She gets on waterslides twice that size at theme parks, no problemo!

We stayed at this location over 10 years ago and they have kept up with their rooms and property. Rooms were very spacious and clean . There is a small gift shop/store/Pizza Hut , pub and the outlet stores too plus the pool was so nice too . Such a convenient place to stay with everything at walking distance.

There was limited parking space near our room we had to park far away across the street near the outlet mall parking lot. The other complaint is be very cautious of the speeding cars coming into the resort if you are walking! Many cars don’t want to stop to let anyone walk while crossing the street many cars zoomed by us with no care if the roads were wet or if we had kids with us too ! Please be extra cautious while crossing the street .

The resort and our room were very clean . The furnishings are dated but again everything was very clean an comfortable. The outside areas , both pools and restrooms were SUPER clean and staffed well . Location was fantastic. There was plenty of shopping and restaurants so close by and Disney springs was an 8 min car ride away.

This property is a suite hotel and we chose it specifically for that reason, we wanted to cook and make some meals during our stay . The kitchen itself was fine but not stocked with any pots , we had 1 small frying pan and only a few cooking utensils. We called down and requested some more pots and such..they never brought to us. We needed to call a second time and then we were able to get 2 pots. This may sound silly but the coffee machine is an old drip machine which takes filters, they would be much better off replacing to a pod like machine, ie.Keruig for guests convenience.

Close to parks; close to shops; kids enjoyed the swimming pools(2) with in the property; gym for daily routine exercise, sufficient parking spaces. We got 3 bedroom with 3 bathrooms. Loved the high ceilings, balcony attached. We saved money by cooking food-- teen age kids loved that they can eat home made food. So convenient to have washing machine and dryer inside our hotel room.

We stayed from 8/8 to 8/16. Had to transfer room due to damp carpet. Very prompt with addressing concerns.
