The room was very big and specious, the beds were comfortable. The living room space gave us extra room and was really handy when the kids were asleep. The staff was friendly and helpful, and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Breakfasts are really, really poor. If you like to eat your ham and cheese sandwich with some tomatoes and salad, this is not the place. You will not find any of those for your breakfast. Toasts with jam, sausages, potatoes, scrambled eggs and pancakes is all you will get. Every single day of your stay. No veggies, no ham or cheese, literally NOTHING else.

The staff was lovely and very easy to communicate with. Rooms were really quiet (no noise from other people, children etc.) King suites are all facing a quite busy road and road noise was a bit annoying at times but we found it manageable.

Other commenters were right about what they didn't like. The breakfast is "complimentary" but we still don't understand how that justifies the excessive amount of paper and plastic used all over the hotel. It also takes away from the customer experience. It feels like a cheap motel and the overall sensation is really unpleasant. The strong mold smell in the room and the stench from the drains need immediate attention and a solution. Again, we gave a high rating just because of the staff. The management has to change quite a few things around the hotel.

We like the location and the cleanliness of the place. The staff in the complimentary breakfast were so nice and really try to accommodate us specially with our daughter who is 3 yrs old. Food selection was enough, of course it is a hotel free breakfast so don’t expect it to be grand. 😉

The front desk lady, we came in around 9 pm to check cause our flight was late. She was really not friendly, no greetings whatsoever she would rather chat with her co worker. On the second night my husband was asking about the wifi and she said its open for everyone no password needed. We didn’t like that we thought we will have a secure wifi at-least but we would probably take it lightly if she was friendly enough to explain it to us during our check in.

Its location for all fun parks. The free shuttle to Disney parks was brilliant.

Noise. The doors to the rooms do not have quiet closures. Right through the night you hear doors banging. A sign asking quests to be quiet between 10pm & 6am and close doors carefully would be useful.

Parking was easy and there was plenty. It was nicely decorated and spacious. There were plenty of areas to sit. It had a small grocery shop but it could use more variety. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast was plentiful but the same every day. The potatoes were very spicy so I just had eggs. The Caribe next door had the loudest party I’ve ever heard and no one wanted to stop it. They kept saying it was a private party. It took too many phone calls to quiet it down. The placement of the door separating the rooms blocks the air flow from the ac register making the room stuffy.

Very clean and big room. Complementary transportation to and from the amusement parks (Disney etc). I highly encourage everyone to take advantage of this bus service since parking your own car at Disney is very expensive.

The property takes a security deposit which remains blocked on the card and is only released after up to 5 business days. No proof of deposit release is given when checking out so you have to leave knowing they can take an additional amount off your card when you are already long gone. This seems standard practise but is still gives quite an unpleasant feeling. No restaurant or bar in the hotel but these are available in their sister hotel next door but we didn't go there. The only dining option available in the hotel is a takaway only pizza place. There is a very nice Indian restaurant across the road.

The breakfast was really verder good. Nice staff and lotus of things to do. The rooms are verder comfortable and nice and big.

The smell in the entrance, it was fresh but too much, we didn't like it.

For us the breakfast was a big let down. Lack of choice and presentation, you quickly became bored. Very very busy, lots of people at any time you tried. It was like a school dining hall.
