Great condo with a full kitchen and lots of space. Very comfortable beds and super friendly staff. The setting on the shore of lake Bryan is great, allowing for mellow evenings sitting on the dock, enjoying the breeze. They also have a pool and hot tub as well as BBQ facilities, fishing gear and paddle boats for residents' use. There is ample parking and the location is just 15' drive from Disney World and close to International Drive and other Orlando attractions.

Our balcony was fully screened in and overlooked a small forest, so very nice, but we were right above a bank of air conditioning units, which hummed when in use. No big deal for us but might disturb others.

Everything excellent. The apartment is huge, clean with a washing and drying machine. Like in photos. The pool and the hot tub are clean and well maintained; the kids loved it. The lake is amazing with a free conueing option. No issues soever during checkin/checkout. For the deposit I used a debit card. I can only recommend it.

The condo/apartment was huge. The beds were so comfy. The apartment was clean and spacious. The pool was soooo warm and hot tub really hot! Staff really couldn’t do enough for you and so friendly and helpful. 7 mins to Disney 11 mins to Walmart So many restaurants and shops close by walking and driving. Free safe parking All facilities on site free.

The bathroom and the kitchen a little bit dated but that’s just cosmetic! the rooms a little dark not much light as I guess we were on the north side with trees over terrace. heating and air con a challenge to figure out but we asked in end! An airer for clothes would have been perfect!

It was clean, large and lovely.

I wanted to relax more and use some of the amenities like the kayak but I was worried about being bombarded with requests for a tour to purchase a timeshare. I did not have 2 hours of my free time to squeeze in and could have relaxed a bit more.

The location of the property. The friendliness of the staff keeps us coming back.

Do not like that our room was facing art 535. Too much road noise that kept us awake. We only had few hours of sleep due to daylight savings time and the time we had to be at work. We did not sleep at all.

The apartment was meticulously clean and very spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Boats are provided for free for canoeing.

The pool is a bit small although in the mornings I could swim there entirely alone. The restroom by the pool is nog really clean and messy with paper on the ground.

I enjoyed having a safe space for our family to relax. My sons enjoyed fishing while I sat in the hot tub. I could easily keep an eye on them for all beach activities. The location was quiet and a great escape from the busy theme parks. We cooked meals during our stay and did laundry too.

The kitchen needs measuring cups.

We like the close proximity to the Disney parks. The room was clean and comfortable. And the view of the lake was very nice.

The water heater in the unit was entirely too small, and there was not enough hot to take back to back showers for 2 people. And it would’ve been nice if there had been a shuttle to the Disney parks.

Location was fantastic, room was clean and well equipped and staff were polite and attentive.

Location was great. The unit was clean and comfortable. The staff was great and the grounds are clean and well kept. Carlos and Johnathan were great at the front desk. Very friendly guests and met some nice people to chat with by the lake. Will definitely be back..
