The cleanliness inside and out,peace, and staff.

Our family had one encounter with a disgruntled guest at the pool. The guest approached my under age children about using their cell phones to post THEIR pictures on social media. He proceeded to tell them he thinks he’s in the pictures and they do not have his consent to post the photos. After reminded him the pool was a public pool for ALL the guest he excited the pool area. I asked my teen girls to delete any photos if he was in the background.

The hotel is perfect for families — the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, including a washer and dryer, which was super convenient. The location is excellent, close to theme parks and outlet malls. There's also a great pool at the hotel that the kids loved. We really enjoyed our stay.

We always stay at a Marriott hotel, but this time we needed extra space so we chose a villa instead and it was very nice and quiet. The photos were just like it showed on the site. So many things to do and they had activities for the family and games to even take back to the rooms to play. We did not want to leave!

Pool kept closing down for the thunderstorms but it’s understandable.

The resort was nice quiet. We stayed at the royal Palms. Pool is small, no restaurant or drink service, but you can take the shuttle and other hotels. They are more lively. But close way too early for my taste.

Everything closed so early. We left around 10 pm to finally have dinner in town. Needs more nightlife. Pool should be open longer with the possibility to dance and hang out later and not leave the resort

Vacation home away from home. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The counter staff were polite and helpful in answering my queries (especially Olivia). The room was spacious for my family of 5 (including three teenagers). The living room and the bedrooms were clean. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils for a home-cooked meal. There is a bathroom jacuzzi tub for two pax, but we didn't have the chance to enjoy it. They also service the apartment every other day. The washing and dryer machine was a bonus to travel light. Wifi connection was fast and reliable. The location was incredible, and there was complimentary transport pick-up/drop-off service to the various major theme parks (Disney and Universal). The site is also within 10 min drive to the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlet.

Requested to have something special in room for my son and nothing It was his birthday . Would loved if u had more food items in room and I would paid for it if needed . I think if u do an all inclusive with villas or stay u will get more happy people or if u include a food package and pay advance it be great

The Villa rooms are enormous, clean and nicely designed. Comfy beds and hot showers. Really close to Disney parks.

Only downside is there is no on-site breakfast option. You do have a full kitchen, so of course you can buy food and make it yourself, but on holiday sometimes it’s nice to not have to shop and cook.

I liked the distribution of the villa, full kitchen, dining area and living room. The location was wonderful and the green areas very nice

Both bathrooms were a little outdated, and the second bedroom was pretty small compared to the master bedroom. The full size bed was comfortable, but the mattress could be improved.

Property was beautiful and well maintained. Everything is walkable and easy to access. The front desk staff were attentive and always so helpful and kind. I liked that we had access to the main property at Marriot world center, although, you had so much serenity at the royal palms property. The rooms were well kept and had everything we needed for our weeklong stay.

The suite is large and clean. The kitchen is spacious and has everything I need for cooking. I LOVE the in-suite washer and dryer-nothing! Tennis courts and basketball courts are always available, and you can borrow sports goods directly from the front desk. All staff members are super friendly and responsive. one of the best resorts I’ve ever been at!
