Clean, convenient, awesome pool, and fact that Starbucks is in the lobby.

The $47 hidden service fee and the $32 hidden parking fee. There is no way to opt out and avoid them even if you don’t have a car parked in the lot or you don’t use the water park pool. I have no problem paying tax but adding an additional mandatory $80 to your bill is false advertising. Just be honest and tell me what it’s going to cost up front don’t make think I’m getting value for my money and then at the very end leave me with a bad taste in my mouth.

I loved the lazy river, water slides and hot tub. The shuttle to Walt Disney World was awesome, the shuttle dropped me off 15 minutes before the rope drop. I enjoyed ice cold water dispensers at the pool and at the bar to fill up my water bottles. I was grateful for the free bottles of water and coffee in the room. My room was not ready until after 5:30PM, the manager gave me $100 credit, which I felt was thoughtful. Staff was friendly.

For the price I paid per day and the ridiculous taxes, I don't feel I should have to pay for WiFi and breakfast. The restaurants in the hotel were overpriced.

EVERYTHING BUT MY ROOM WAS AMAZING I DIDN'T MEET ONE STAFF MEMBER THAT SEEMED UNHAPPY. EVERYONE WAS PLEASANT KIND, SMILING QUICK TO ACCOMADATE . THE POOL ACTIVITES WERE CONSTANT ALL WEEKEND NEVER SEEMED LIKE A DULL MOMENT . LASER LIGHT SHOW ,MERMAID PARTY,CRITTER ADVENTURE SLIME O MY

MY ROOM FOR THE COST WAS LACKING . NO MICROWAVE NO COFFEE THE BED WAS BELOW KNEE HEIGHT . COULD OF USED A WIPE DOWN . LITERALLY FELT LIKE IT WAS AN "OVER FLOW ROOM" THAT DOESN'T GET USED OFTEN . BED WAS COMFORTABLE JUST A CHALLENGE TO GET OUT OF AS IT WAS LITERALLY ON A PLATFORM ON THE FLOOR .

Beautiful room and clean with amazing views of the pool. Choice of restaurants. The pools were really beautiful and was not too crowded

Freezing in the hallways. The air was blasting too high on the hallways it was like a wind when you walked past and so cold. When we came back from the pool I would run past it cuz was even worse. First day when I checked in the reception lady was wearing mask and could barely hear or understand what she was saying. She was very abrupt and very cold reception from her. Felt like she hated to be there and made me very uncomfortable.

Lots of water / pool choices.

We played golf at Hawks Landing. The course was in average shape. There were a number of holes that the fairways were in rough shape. Tee boxes throughout were not much better. Greens were in good shape and were mostly consistent. The front deck folks could have explained the use of the room key better when we needed to leave the parking garage during the day. Also the hidden convenience fee of $47.00 was a surprise not to mention the $40.00 for overnight parking.

The property was great for us as we were displaced from St Pete due to the hurricane. Of course they abided by Florida law and allowed our dogs to stay with us. What we didn’t like was the exorbitant cost of using booking.com. While there are no complaints for the Oct10-11 booking, There was an error made on my part for a stay on October 17th due to the circumstances and found out about this mistake when the booking came through. No exceptions from your company due to a mistake just seems so un friendly. Will probably never use booking.com again

Many of the restaurants were not open until the weekend. I’m sure for many unplanned reasons.

Pool grounds, golf, view from balcony. Didn’t use it, but the exercise room looked fantastic and was well ventilated. Good proximity to some attractions such as the one with a mouse.

Couldn’t get a clear answer on when pools were open when I checked in, main lagoon was closed for maintenance morning of departure, so we didn’t get full value. I can’t believe discounts weren’t extended to guests as a result. Restaurants were dated. Valet service took forever. Quite large so it is a long walk between facilities through a labyrinth of hallways.

I liked that the employees were OUTSTANDING! This is most important to me! Improvements could be that room restocking of complementary water, coffee and tea, and toilet paper be done. I only needed room stocking of these items once but I had to request for them. Of the days I was there cleaning was done once because I only allowed it once. And the sticking of these items were not done.

Great water park facilities for the kids. Lots to do. Plenty of dining options, loved the Central Pantry for quick dining, snacks & drinks.

Was very busy for the holiday Easter weekend to be expected. Was a little tough to find chairs etc but that is to be expected.

The pool view, the pools, River Falls, High Velocity, the beauty of the lobby and throughout the hotel and conference center. Great place to stay.
