The convenience of having breakfast and coffee readily available each morning along with a place to workout and exercise is awesome. Access to the Kamakani Alii Mall and the Foodland Grocery Store made our stay incredible. There was always an open parking stall at all hours of the day (FREE) which is outstanding. The most wonderful thing is the location of the hotel which allowed us to travel in any direction with the least amount of travel time. "Fantastic"

Although the beds were comfortable to sleep on, the pillows were not comfortable at all. Also would have been great to have a microwave oven in our unit/room.

I am a runner and loved the fitness center - it was easy to 'roll out of bed' and go down to the treadmill-had a nice view of palm trees and sunrise. Loved the coffee and newspaper in the lobby plus the coffee and tea maker in the bedroom. Was nice to also enjoy breakfast - nice variety of breakfast items including delicious apple sausage; waffles ;oatmeal...and a water cooler. We liked the location of the facility -next to a walking mall, with stores and restaurants and areas to walk. Plus- an amazing Foodland is right across the street with take-out meal options. Can sit outside and eat. The rooms were super clean and the cleaning staff very helpful. Easy parking; easy in and out toward Honolulu and North Shore. Need car to stay here though - no walking options to beach or attractions, except walking in the mall. We loved this hotel though.

The hotel was a bit expensive -typical Hawaii prices. Last year we paid $300 a night for 2; this year we paid $260? a night. Would be nice to receive a discount for stays longer than a week (we stayed 8 nights).

The breakfast was wholesome. Bed very comfortable, great pillows. The room was wonderfully quiet. Great WiFi and great tv choices. Parking was very good because once parked, you are located at a very nice mall which could satisfy almost all eating wishes. Also, a terrific grocery store, FoodLand was right in the lot with their own restaurants(2) and premade items that were just spectacular.

Nothing was bad, but the hotel was not up to mainland Hampton Inn standards. Breakfast room simply did not accommodate the number of people having breakfast, which made getting food items difficult. On a few of the days I only saw one individual filling and stocking breakfast items. Often there was a line waiting for coffee. And, the fabric covered seats were just simply soiled. Breakfast was underwhelming, and after half our stay, at four days, we would go to FoodLand and purchase breakfast goodies.

Room was nice n clean. The location is super convenient with all the shops n eateries. Enjoyed it there.

Bed could use a thicker mattress topper, ac hard to control that we ended turning it off, bad oil stain on armchair that we had to put a towel on it to sit. When first checked in, front desk asked if we would like housekeeping every other day or daily; I think hskpg should at lease pick up garbage everyday or there should be some kind of bin on each floor. That way I don’t mind having hskpg every other day. But, for the price, hskpg should be everyday.

The front desk person fulfilled her job who was pleasant and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised she even asked how often housekeeping should check on the room. Our room was clean, with microwave and fridge which were functional and maintained. Warm breakfast to start the day is always good. We can use some variety, though especially if you stay for 5-7 days. Housekeeping did an excellent job. We asked for extra pillows and were in our room when we returned from dinner.

Wish you can add more parking spaces marked with "Hotel Guest Parking Space." It is usually hard to find parking during the weekends. There are some towels that need to be replaced with new ones. They have become thinner with constant use.

This hotel is located next to a mall and a grocery store so great access to shopping and decently priced food. The staff was great- friendly and caring- and the free breakfast and parking was super nice as well.

When we arrived, it looked like the room hadn't been dusted in a while- just a little dirty on the counters and the room had a sour smell. The hair conditioner in the shower was empty as well, but housekeeping remedied that quickly. I tried to use the business center right before leaving. I needed to print something last minute, but only one of the computers allowed for printing. Someone was printing and was nowhere near finished. I had to go as I was pressed for time. Not a big deal, but it might be helpful to have both computers hooked up to the printer.

The breakfast was excellent, good variety, good supply. You didn't run out of variety at the very end of the breakfast window. The room was exceptionally clean and roomy. The shower head in the bathroom was awesome. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was centrally located to the places we needed/wanted to go and it was wonderful to have good restaurants and grocery shopping nearby.

A microwave in the room would have been nice. Our fridge was a lot smaller than we would have expected from the price of the hotel. There was not enough handicapped parking. 2 spaces for the whole hotel was not enough. We were only able to access those spaces once during our whole trip and never at night when we really needed it.

Breakfast was great, love how everything is set so neat and nice. Different things to choose from, self serve waffles, oatmeal, toast, bagels, eggs, sausage, , coffee and juice, cereal & etc. Our room was nice and clean, spacious, relaxing. We only stayed one night but it was well worth the stay. Staff at the front desk was very kind and welcoming. This was our first time there and we loved it. We will be coming back

We stayed two weeks on Oahu. This hotel was perfect to explore the island (all directions) and park the car for free in front of the hotel. Many options to eat and shop next door. Hotel in rather good shape for US hotels. No hidden fee. Washing/drying machines on site. Safe neighborhood. Beach with car nearby (nice: Ko Olina!) but no typical beach hotel

AC was very cold and not really adjustable in the room (control had no effect). Windows could not be opened. Bathroom felt not really therefore. Ridiculous(!) amount of waste every day especially for breakfast. Breakfast room rather small. Unfortunately typically US hotel issues - so likely would stay here again.

We have stayed twice while in Hawaii. If you want a new clean competitive priced hotel. If you don't mind waking up and not seeing the ocean. Remember you are on a island you can be at the beach in 10 min. For us I could not beat the breakfast and free parking. The staff was great. It's also in a mall so shopping is right there and they had music on the weekends. There are good restaurants nearby in the outdoor mall. Foodland is a good place to eat at also. Hawaii is a beautiful place on earth it's great to have a home base to come back to and the Hampton inn suites is mine.

Don't have any complaints. Maybe add one more waffle station.. since that is popular.
