The location was just great, by the water and also very close to restaurants and shops. There was some free breakfast by the front desk (bananas, coffee, tea, water, muffins, yogurt).

I didn't like the first room we got (123) on the ground floor and literally felt like I could not breathe. I asked for a different room so I can have access to the outside and the guy at the front desk was so helpful and he did upgrade us to the 2nd floor, a corner room with windows all around and immediately my mood changed. Very kind of him.

Loved the location. The rooms are little, but comfortable. I love that I could walk to the beach. They let us borrow beach chairs. I think this hotel is great for couples if you’re not going to spend a lot of time inside the hotel.

The WiFi was not working. I had some work to do in my vacation and ended up having to go to Starbucks for a little while, which was really close by so I didn’t mind it too much. The continental breakfast was only cereal, granola bars, some packaged pastries, and yogurt. It was more like a snack than breakfast. The coffee was good though, definitely hit the spot to go pick up a coffee and sip on it while we got ready for the day.

The location is unbeatable. Right on a quiet beachfront. Perfect for reading, snorkeling, whale watching (in the winter). Five minutes or less drive to great restaurants- Kihei Caffe and Three’s Bar & Grill in particular standout. Parking is free and the showerhead is divine. The staff is great- friendly and helpful- especially the night shift.

The bed is hard and the rooms are small with thin walls. If you plan to spend a lot of time at the hotel it will get annoying- but we spent the majority if our time out. The price was a lot for how small the room is. You are definitely paying more for location than amenities.

This was the cheapest hotel in the area when booked pretty close to the arrival date, and it was very nice! It was right on the beach, with great vibes on the grounds. I liked the cleanliness of the room and the facilities. Having a breakfast was a big plus.

The room was very small and dark, and you could hear everything that happens in the room nearby. The one window was facing the outdoor hallway, which was OK but still would prefer more privacy.

Amazing to be right on the beach, so it was lovely to spend evenings walking along the beach and then just walking into the room afterwards without needing to drive anywhere. Room was very comfortable. We stayed in two different rooms when we were here, and the first was dark and on the first floor, but the second was closer to the water and on the second floor. It was much brighter and you could hear the waves when you went outside. Also, we saw sea turtles every day we were there and saw more sea turtles at the beach next to the hotel than on any other during our trip. Especially compared to some of the other options in the area, would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast left much to be desired. We ended up skipping breakfast after our first night. Other than some fruit, everything else was very sugary. Thankfully, there are a lot of great places in Kihei for breakfast

Room and location - the rooms do run a bit small, but they are efficient. And you cannot beat the location. This hotel is RIGHT on the beach, and probably has one of nicest beach around. Even if you don't get an oceanview room, the beach is literally steps from any room door.

Payment method. This was our second stay here, and lovely as it is, we probably won't be back unless the payment method is improved. We stayed here last year and no problems using our debit credit card to pay for the room. This year, whoever checked us in refused to use the same card I used last year. When you run my debit car, the system literally says "Process as Credit or Debit". She refused to run it as "Credit" and we wasted a lot of time finding an alternate method. She kept asking if I could literally call a relative with a credit card to pay for the room. Seriously? This issue alone guarantees we won't be back.

We loved the location, the room set up, the plantation shutters, connection to the outdoors. The beach was steps away which is great for going back and forth to your room. We loved the casual atmosphere. Front desk staff were attentive and helpful. Showers at the beach were great. The fridge and microwave offset the fact that there is currently no restaurant (pandemic related closure) on site. We took a city bus to Keihei and Wailea or walked. Highly recommend the pulled pork/cabbage at Moose McGiillicuddy. Bring a portable hammock for the awesome shady trees in the afternoon. Snorkeling is pretty good in the am, waves/wind kick up in the afternoon. Spectacular sunset watching with glass of wine and a chair from the front desk. Bring earplugs for the roosters..they start at 4am!!

Very minor thing is our air conditioner was loud…worked great but we had to turn it off to sleep and open the windows. then we heard the roosters at 0400 am:). Bring earplugs.

The location is steps from a beautiful beach. The hotel is on the beach side, so no crossing the street to get to the ocean. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. The parking is free and there is a general store located next door.

The property is small, so there is limited outdoor seating. The rooms only have queen size beds and the rooms are small, but very clean.

Location, room, staff, and parking(free) all excellent! I will definitely be back to stay. Right on the beach and hotel provides beach towels, chairs and whatever else you need to have a relaxing day at the beach.

No counter space in bathroom, that’s my only complaint. Rest of hotel is so awesome, I don’t care about that.

Super clean, right next to the beach. Door dashed some great late-night food. Friendly people and down the street to a bunch of restaurants and stores.

It was living in a tiny home. Everything was smaller like the bed and bathroom. Im not complaining, we'll be staying here again.
