The room was very nice. the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The parking. I couldn't find my car when I was ready to leave. I remember the level and letter where I was parked but when I went there. my car wasn't there. I had to call Security for assistance. It seems there are 2 sides in the parking garage that bare the same levels and Letter. And I was on the wrong side. How was I to know there were 2 sides to the garage that bare the same information. There was no posting that gave me that info. and since I had never been there before, I had no idea there were 2 sides of the parking garage.

We liked the comfortable large room and large bathroom. Closeness to the boardwalk and beach. The variety of restaurants and foods within the resort. Friendliness of the staff we met. .

Parking garage felt like a labyrinth, could have more signs. Parking is $30. Giving hotel guests a voucher for maybe $15 off would go a long way. Maybe something usable in the casino. We would have loved to see more seating areas that are not part of the casino or restaurants. Also we suggest to have a small printout map for hotel guests to help find their tower/room. It's not impossible to find but could still be easier. When we arrived, live music was playing at a stage near the check in. That made the whole check in a loud area. I just dislike having you shout across a counter to ask a question. That should be more closed off to keep it less noisy.

Great Staff. Bands nightly. White House subs very tasty.

Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly. Only issue I had was that for the money we paid to stay at the hotel for 5 days. (Mon-Sat) on the 27th floor the carpets in the hallway never were cleaned with a vacuum. At least not that I had seen. The dirt on the floor (Wrappers plastic tags from clothing and such) down the hallway on the carpet that was there at check in on Monday was still there on Saturday as we checked out and I DID note this to my wife. Did this make the stay bad No. But it is what keeps me from saying it was excellent. Makes me wonder what else was not cleaned.

Felt safe even though it was large with lots of people. Staff was super helpful making sure I got a non-smoking room and in finding my conference.

There are smokers in the Casinos but they must have a super air filtration system.

Pretty much everything. Great location, the hotel itself seems very clean and well-maintained. Our room, a two-queen bed room in the South Tower, was immaculate. We were on the 16th floor and we had a nice view of the ocean, and the indoor pool. The bathroom was a decent size, too. We never felt cramped. Highly recommended!

It seemed housekeeping had forgotten some to leave some towels in the bathroom when we first arrived. After we called, they brought some up to us within the hour. And then on the last night of our 3-night stay, we rested more towels again and some more toilet paper, and it took them several hours to bring the items. Also, the beds were a little too stiff for our liking. But for three nights, it was manageable.

We stayed at Hard Rock Atlantic City and were very pleased! Great location right on the waterfront, spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff. The casino and concerts create a real holiday atmosphere, and the choice of restaurants is simply impressive. We especially liked the Japanese restaurant Kuro and live music in the evenings. We will definitely come back!

The only downside is that we were checked in almost 2 hours later than the appointed time. But it's nice that they gave us a free late checkout, which smoothed out the impression. Otherwise, everything went great, we'll be back again!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the accommodations were clean, comfortable, and quiet. Was nice to be able to walk back to our room after a concert, and great to not have far to walk in the morning for a good cup of coffee and a bite.

Was impossible to get a late lunch/dinner reservation to the Hard Rock Cafe! Tried online weeks in advance but only had the option of two morning times. Asked the concierge upon arrival... she tried to book online and call the restaurant but had no luck. When we walked into the Cafe around 3pm, there were very few diners, but we had already eaten since we couldn't book a reservation. Not sure how that works!

It was awesome. Love the different sections and bars. It was like a different vibe all in one spot.

Valet. The people there were very nice but we asked for the car to be charged and got the run around several times. They said to ask this guy, then go to the desk, then call in the morning. We eventually gave up. Valet said to call before we come to get the car to leave. We did and they said they don’t do that. Then when we actually went to pick up the car we waited over 40 min. First said my car was ready then dispatched. After waiting a while I checked the screen again and it completely disappeared. Turns out they couldn’t find the car or the key. But no one even knew bc my car wasn’t even on the screen anymore. Honestly the time at HR was great but this part really sucked. The guys who handled it were very nice and professional, but it still was a terrible experience.

Loved the comfort, cleanliness, and location of our room, which was the Deluxe King Oceanview, non-smoking. Also enjoyed the live bands, restaurants, and desserts available during our stay. Really great atmosphere, and security was good also.

The only problem was the strong cigarette smoke throughout the casino. Although there are " designated smoking areas," the odor of both cigars AND cigarettes was quite annoying, and the odor stayed in our clothing. We really love coming to Hard Rock and would have extended our stay for a few days, but the smoky smell was becoming overwhelming. We will probably start visiting the smoke-free casinos for a while.

Loved the vibe, comfortable room, ocean view, courteous staff, indoor pool, variety of dining options, and location on the boardwalk near the Steel Pier. Spacious, lovely room and comfy beds. The hotel is high end and beautiful, and the best part is all the celebrity memorabilia, from clothing to cars to handwritten letters and instruments. It was very cool to see it all! The cherry on top was the live music in the lobby bar that anyone could sit and enjoy every night!

The lighting in the room seemed dim, the sliding door to the bathroom wouldn't stay open, and there was no exhaust fan so everything fogged up and got steamy after you showered. It would have been nice to have a microwave in addition to the mini fridge to warm up left overs from the restaurants. Also, the elevators were often crowded or full. But these were all minor things that can be overlooked and we absolutely loved our stay.
