Great view from our room. The room was clean and comfortable. The elevator can take some time but that is to be expected for how many floors there are.

Great view. Room very nice and we enjoyed the room however couch not at all good. Uncomfortable for sitting and terrible for sleeping as it is a pull out bed. No one should have to sleep on that. That couch was the worst.

The pull out bed couch, it was awful. Also the elevators should be for quest only. The staff used the same elevators and their equipment. During the day especially during check out the quest can’t get an elevator due to them being filled by the staff. It took us 50 minutes waiting for an elevator that we could get in on the morning to check out. Due to elevators full with staff and equipment. Finally I just told the staff to squeeze in and that we were getting on to get to check out since it had to be by 11:00 and had waited 50 minutes already. Stairs were not an option for us with children,suitcases,etc. and we were on the seventh floor.

We stayed in room 804, which had an incredible view of the ocean and boardwalk. The room was very clean and even had a microwave and mini-stove top, which was a first for us in Atlantic City. The room was very clean and a lot of our go-to amenities were within walking distance.

We arrived earlier than expected and were hoping we would be able to check in early. Although we weren't able to, the staff were very helpful and guided us through a pre-check-in. This made it easier for us when check-in time arrived. The elevator was an issue during our check-out. We must have been waiting for 10-15 minutes before we decided to just take the stairs instead.

this is a beautiful location and staff was a dream! we took a studio which was huge and with great views, the bed was probably the most comfortable we EVER slept in! Unfortunately we only stayed one night but i can definitely recommend this property!

what i didn’t like - but i guess this might also be an american thing?- is that after the reservation was made a message by the hotel reached me, saying that there was also an additional tax of approx 14$ per person. i don’t mind the taxes and extra charges, but it would be nice to know about them before making a reservation. we also had to hurry to check out and the water just didn’t turn warm?

It was set up like an apartment which made it nice and cozy

The way one of the receptionist treated me as if her paperwork was more important than registering clients in. She had me standing at her counter until another receptionist was available and then she took a seat. If she doesn’t believe that your clients come before stapling and filing then she is in the wrong position/business

Lots of space ! Jacuzzi and sofa bed, full kitchen and more. Loved it. How ever we waited forever for the elevator and ended up taking the stairs with my 3 little kids and myself! Helps being the man around sometimes… also when when we first checked in the room wasn’t ready and came back at 430 and that weren’t ready and had no room available, so I had to kind of do the talk and ask for someone in charge and they where able to accommodate us. Shouldn’t had to happen. Anyway room was nice and also be advised that they will charge you more money once there.. fees and this and that and security deposit etc etc etc. there

Close to the boardwalk and beach

The view! It was awesome waking up to a panoramic view of the ocean. Room was very clean and well appointed. The Cafe had the great coffee and a large menu.

All the extra fees. It would be nice if those were included in the price, instead of getting hit with resort and parking fees when you get there. Also, the parking was excessive compared to other properties on the Boardwalk. They charge per day while other properties like Tropicana and Resorts charge per stay, a one time fee of $20 and $10 respectively. The gym was disappointing, no weights, only cardio machines and a weird all in one machine.

Great location and excellent view of the ocean from our 15th story studio apartment. Enjoyed the in suite jacuzzi and the kitchenette. Quiet at night and a window that can be opened to let in the fresh ocean breeze.

A few minor details could be addressed like the carpeting was loose along the kitchen tile causing a trip hazard, a dusty window ledge in need of a good cleaning and a mold stained shower curtain that should have been changed/cleaned before our stay.

The view of the ocean was so beautiful and so close to the water it looked like I could almost dive into the ocean 😊

The thing I didn't like is when you go to book a stay with them they send you a total price then you okay it and then when you get there they charge you all kind of taxes which I didn't understand because when I go through booking to stay at a motel hotel it says your total price would be whatever and that's what you expect to pay if you have taxes that you have to pay then they should put it in that price so you're not caught off guard but besides that everything is really good
