Location. Is on the beach.

Room was clean, specious. In the bathroom sink was clogged. So this gave us really hard time. Also they must have microwave in the rooms. As a vegetarian we are limited what we can eat so if we have microwave we can buy food farther from hotel and can warm up when we get to room. I requested when i booked room but request was not considered.

The room was great, bed comfortable, tv good and i love the bathroom, with the marble decor. The view dynamite!

the Bally's Hotel guest store was closed, went i went downstairs at 9:20 pm on a Tuesday night for some snacks.

After we got an upgrade the room was great 😊, beautiful , modern , clean, spacious with beautiful view . Jose at reception and Jeronimo at the bar were a delight . Special mention to Tony at the bar as well . The hotel is on the boardwalk , very convenient and 10$ parking for the whole stay ( you need a hotel receipt.) swimming pool is nice and big . Macau restaurants is very tasty with big portions

Our booking was in Dennis tower and honestly it was very old , smelly and dark . The upgrade is 80$ a night and it worth it . Food was disappointing, only the Macau was good . The showers at the pool were cold . Our first impression was the dark and dirty stairway and the horrible room after a long wait to check in . I’m glad it was all better after that

I enjoyed that I was able to check in early and enjoyed my mother's day on the beach and later a great meal and dessert at Longo's. The accommodations were very good and the king-size bed was so comfy.. The room checkout was great because I had to leave before 7am

Well, it wasn't clear that If you used in room checkout whether or not you could use elevator without the room key and front desk was not answering at the 5:30 am hour so I kept the keys and dropped them off in the lobby box so I could be sure to get on the elevator.

Fun atmosphere, great experience at the slots and roulette table. Excellent breakfast at Johnny Rockets. Security staff was very nice and helpful. The guys down in valet parking were really friendly, helpful and nice. Asian restaurant was very good. Had a nice stay.

Restaurant closing hours are too early, room and bathroom could be cleaner and front desk lady needs to have a better attitude. She got miffed when I asked if I could take a pic of my receipt or agreement after signing it. She was more concerned with moving on to the next customer. If you have some quota or bonus for the amount of guests checked in, you need to drop it. Guests should not be rushed through check in.

The room was very comfortable after a day with travel, beach & walking the boardwalk. Upon departure the Players desk provided a free parking voucher as I earned the points the day before & didn’t know that the parking voucher had to be printed on the same day. I appreciated that very much!! We will definitely stay at Bally’s in the future!!

More information could be given when getting players card (such as using kiosk & points for free parking) I earned enough points for free parking, however, I did not realize that the voucher had to be printed the same day as points earned.

Our room was very nice,we specifically loved the large tub that comfortably fit us both. Was very nice to enjoy a bath together, normal tubs it would be uncomfortably tight but this one was deep, long and wide enough that we had plenty of extra space. The casino itself we didn't spend much time in, although there was a dunkin donuts in the main lobby that was a nice spot to grab coffee and a breakfast sandwich in the morning. We had a fun time walking the boardwalk, and to neighboring casinos, and even grabbed dinner at Hells kitchen which was fantastic! Everything was clean and the people were polite. Made for a really nice, and relaxing way to spend our anniversary.

The only thing that could be seen as a negative of this trip was that we only had the one night there. Next time we will have to stay a bit longer.

What I didn't like was the fact that I had to call down to the desk six to seven times because someone screaming and hollering and right outside my door Plus the people that was right next to me were a bunch of little girls probably around the age of 16 18 and it was running in and out of the room and screaming and yelling all night calling the hotel staff being put on hold and security never came up and checked anything because they just kept coming and I was told that security will come up supposed to get a refund and I'm still waiting on my refund

I just felt at home nice smile all around the place, But there was one person who stood out the most and She works the front desk. I was blown away by her patience with the guests in front of me and when she got to me I said you handled that so perfectly. She said to me I understand everyone one’s concerns . I just want people to be happy with their experience at Ballys. LaTaya is an amazing assess to your establishment. She deserves to be told by the head Boss thank you for giving a 100 percent of you to your job.

Excellent check in and hospitality and they gave me a room according to my request with sea view , I would recommend to anyone going to atlantic city

During check in I told the receptionist I,ll pay in cash before I leave and she charged my credit card and before I leave I paid in cash and the told with 5 to 7 days the charge on the credit card will be released or cancelled and up till now it is not , more than 26 days and still my bank tells me they have not cancelled this 560 dollars charged for security on my credit card I would be thankful if you can contact them about my complain
