Large, clean rooms. Short walk to the beach and boardwalk.

Outdated TV with limited channels. Booked an ocean view room, the windows looked straight out to the other tower and to the city. You could only see a small glimpse of the ocean. Long waits for elevators. Maps to get around are confusing. Charged several different fees beyond the booking.com fee.

First time in AC and the Tropicana, I really enjoyed the inclusiveness of it. Anything you need is right inside the Trop, shopping, great restaurants ranging from high end to deli style grab and go, bars, nights club, movies, arcades, pool, connivence store and great access to the boardwalk and beach. Not to mention the gambling, which isn’t my thing but there’s something there for everyone!!

My biggest thing was the bathroom but really I booked a long room for my 10 yr old son and I to stay in. There was a pocket door which didn’t give much privacy and also no fan.

It was a beautiful resort, reasonably priced great location.Lots of options for food, shopping.Different levels of casino The resort is huge and there's a scan bar so if you get lost you just pull that app and it'll at least help you find where you need to go.That's convenient considering how big this place is

The west towers a c wasn't functioning properly so it was hot and there were no other rooms to move us to. The? Staff at hash was horribly rude. The breakfast at honey burgwasn't that great. Trying to find your car in their parking deck was a nightmare.

I like the shop that sells the thin pancakes. Can't think of the proper name. CREPES! Fresh fruit! The night club by the casino. Great DJ. The Chelsea Five. Great Steak. Excellent customer service!

The drinks are very watered down at the casino. Have decent drinks for people spending so much money. Its a win win. 🏆 The Chelsea five was way too cold by the window. We literally had to rush our food to eat it while still warm. Check in is really late. Half the day. Especially for people catching the greyhound to get in at 11 or 12. The seating room for boarding the bus was also uncomfortably freezing. Miserable.

The room TV is and programming is outdated and the safe didn't work.

I liked the mobile concierge feature. We were able to text to be tended to quickly with no delays. For example, the Ac in the room wasnt working properly so we sent a text and in 30 minutes someone came by and addressed the issue. We also loved the adult pool in the chelsea tower. Very convenient as the parrot bay pool was better for the kids to splash water and have fun. Parrot bay is Not a relaxing pool.

I wish the parrot bay and indoor pools were bigger as many families go with their kids and it seems very chaotic. I also did not like the waiting area at the Spa. The ceiling was leaking and had mold. Also the floor was not leveled and it was very easy to trip and fall.

Loved the easy access to the casino and parking areas! Also the boardwalk was right outside with direct access to the beach!

Didn’t like getting overcharged for parking. There were fees for almost everything you did from leaving the parking garage to the overpriced charges on almost everything you did there. And a key note, when booking the listing on booking.com had that they offered free breakfast and laundry on site however when asking the staff there was no free breakfast and no laundry… I was told we could use the laundromat down the street by a random staff not at the front desk. The check in staff was phenomenal and able to get my family’s rooms close together in the same building.

I enjoyed every aspect of the property for the most part. The casino was a fun time, the food at Carmines was amazing, and Boogie Nights was a great vibe. The room was comfortable and had many features to my convenience. There were also some gorgeous views of the ocean through my window. Overall I would say it was a slightly above average stay.

The only flaw I could see was some small repair work in my room. There are some areas with damaged wallpaper, marks on the walls, and stains as well. If I could suggest having maintenance to go over to room 4236 to check it out, that’d make the room look much better. Other than that, not much else can be said in this regard.

The room was clean and comfortable. Kids loved the view from the room and the lobby area alot.

The location overall felt dark, carpet looked old, alot of crackheads near the surrounding areas (on our walk to the beach).
