Large, clean rooms. Short walk to the beach and boardwalk.

Outdated TV with limited channels. Booked an ocean view room, the windows looked straight out to the other tower and to the city. You could only see a small glimpse of the ocean. Long waits for elevators. Maps to get around are confusing. Charged several different fees beyond the booking.com fee.

The room was clean and comfortable. Kids loved the view from the room and the lobby area alot.

The location overall felt dark, carpet looked old, alot of crackheads near the surrounding areas (on our walk to the beach).

Loved the easy access to the casino and parking areas! Also the boardwalk was right outside with direct access to the beach!

Didn’t like getting overcharged for parking. There were fees for almost everything you did from leaving the parking garage to the overpriced charges on almost everything you did there. And a key note, when booking the listing on booking.com had that they offered free breakfast and laundry on site however when asking the staff there was no free breakfast and no laundry… I was told we could use the laundromat down the street by a random staff not at the front desk. The check in staff was phenomenal and able to get my family’s rooms close together in the same building.

I like that I had my own host "Ivy" who I could text if I needed wash cloths/ towels, to find out what time the pool closed or just regular stuff like where I could get something to eat. I also really loved the self-check in kiosk, it beat having to wait in long lines & the directions that came out of the kiosk on how to get to my room was absolutely perfect.

My bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have liked. My glass shower door had not been cleaned it was a little dirty. Also, I assume the silk black shorts/ underwear found in my room tangled up in the curtains must have been from a former guest, because they did not belong to me or anyone else in my room, so I kind of wish my housekeeper paid a little more attention to detail when cleaning. The indoor pool in the south tower was extremely too cold to enjoy it, maybe the indoor pool could have been a little warmer.

I liked that my room was spacious and clean. A nice view of the beach. The thermostat worked well warming and cooling the room. Spacious shower with a seat. It was only one night, but enjoyed my stay.

The carpet, though it looked freshly vacuumed, had a very musty feet smell. The sofa had a gassy smell when i sat on it so i tried to avoid it. Also, it was awkward to sit on because it was soo close to the bed in front of the window. The sofa should have been placed at the other end of the window. The bathroom was lovely. But, the sliding door was wobbly because it didn't have a track at the bottom. This made the inside handle hard to grasp to pull the door closed.

Location was great. Nice to walk out on beach. Loved the mall area and availability of food late night.

Walking through the casino to get the elevator, the lobby was awful. Not a single seat or area to sit while you wait for 45 minutes to check in during what may have been the slowest check-in process ever. Three, maybe four staff who kept disappearing behind a wall trying to check in 20 people. Didn't seem like any of them could make a decision on their own and had to "check with the manager" for everything. The room had a smell when you walked in like something seriously funky happened right inside the door. It was a suite and seemed old.

Stayed in the Havana Tower in room 5718 which looked out North between the Ocean and bay. The view was actually very nice. Room was very clean, and the bedding (King room) was quite comfortable. The Kiosk checkin is a nice feature. Quite intuitive to use. The location was good for us, but if your more into casino play, you would be better to stay probably in the North Tower. Just research it first.

Little confusing finding your way to the tower elevators. Also, poor direction (or lack thereof) on where to check in if arriving by car for this tower which has its own checkin . We wound up checking in at the main lobby desk below the casino. Elevators need to be cleaned better including polishing of the metal/brass plating.
