The front desk staff was friendly and professional. I also liked that our room had a balcony and we were right on the boardwalk.

The bathroom was really small. The tv was super small and the rooms could use an upgrade. Parking was $20 a day

Paid $25 extra per night to park. There is a beach bar that has very loud music til 4 am every night that’s directly between the hotel and ocean so you never hear the waves crashing. Can’t really hear it with door shut but got old quick.

Well it was my birthday everything was nice .the the hotel was nice and the room was clean. It's not like being in a Tropicana or being in a Harris hotel. but it was a nice clean hotel. The staff was nice. But the only thing I didn't know was the hotel. it looked vacant on the outside the lights on the inside they need to make sure that the lights down in the lobby are bright .so you can see. you cannot see inside .that it's a hotel. I had to ask the guy that was coming out is that the hotel .he says yeah. So one side of the doors is locked .so I pulled the wrong door. And another thing they never answer the phone. I called the hotel and they never answered the phone the whole time. I woke up late at night there was somebody on top of me having an argument and having a fight and it was making a lot of noise so I tried to call down to the front desk they never answered the phone so remember these people never answer phones at all I don't know what's that about I've never heard of that. A matter of fact it took me almost an hour to get there because I got lost in the beginning and went to a wrong hotel that was further down the road. And I still kept calling and they didn't answer the phone they do not answer the phone so I stopped in the other hotel to say oh well we know about that hotel yeah they never answer the phone that's not that's not good something can happen to the person or maybe you can't make it or you need to cancel out. So that makes me think that they're trying to trap you in and then you can't cancel your reservation. I'll repeat it again they do not answer the phone at all but far as the hotel being clean and everything good hotel except for it's a little dark when you come to the lobby so be careful. But everything else is nice there's parking the Halls are clean the room was very clean it has a microwave in there it has also has a refrigerator in there.

What I didn't like they don't answer the phone they never ever answer the phone but they will call you if you checking out late though but remember please be careful of the hotel because if something happens to you and they don't answer the phone they never answer the phone there was somebody always at the front desk but they never answer the phone even when I got lost for a whole hour. To make sure that I was coming to the right hotel cuz I went to the wrong hotel first. And then the hotel told me that they were down the street next to the Tropicana hotel. So remember they don't answer the phone but there's always somebody there at the front desk

The place was nice overall. On the boardwalk so it’s convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a side view but could still see the ocean. I was surprised to see that there weren’t any vending machines anywhere where you could get a water or soda, snack etc. I had to walk two blocks to the Sev late at night which is a little sketchy in AC. I had a problem with the small and tight parking garage. Some guy was filling his tire at the top of the ramp while I was pulling out and scraped the passenger side door on the cement low wall in my blind spot! Ugh! Otherwise a pleasant experience

The location is ideal with 7 kiddos. Easy to get back and fourth to beach, hotel, boardwalk, food, drinks, etc. and those crabfries were amazing

I really don't have any complaints. The homeless can be a bit aggressive with the begging when you're out real early getting coffee but they weren't too bothersome overall

Loved the balcony! Very pleasant stay and no unexpected fees for a wonderful nightly rate. Bijon? Was and always is a wonderful customer service person.. Location and cleanliness were convenient and appreciated.. Quick check in and check out..

Free parking for one vehicle would be my only added amenity. That would give it a 5 out of 5 stars for me!!!

Location is great right on the boardwalk and 3 minutes to tropicana casino. When ever we needed anything extra pillows, towels etc. they were delivered within 5 minutes. Owner was working very friendly and helpful. Thank you for everything

It was very constable when I needed to go to. I never used the room because my wife never came.😩 so I pay for a ROOM THE I never got to use.

They say that Parking was free when I got there. I had to pay for the parking. That was the only thing that it was no good.

What I liked about the hotel was the Staff, very polite, professional and accommodating. The location was great and the pricing was reasonable.

What I didn't like, I think that the rooms could be more up to date, I know that they are working on the othe part of the hotel but it is also a bit of an eye sore when you enter the lobby. What I think they should do is to erect a partition that blocks that part of the hotel until they are ready to open that part up which would be more appealing to guest entering the hotel.
