Great location, pool close by, best coffee at Holiday next door, location was awesome! Loved the shower, air conditioning was good, everything was clean, and good hair dryer. Fridge Was larger than I thought it would be. Unloaded our luggage and I messed up the key code- Todd fixed it in a minute through a message within a minute. No problem-found free parking on 7th street for the week. Loved everything digital with check-in and communication. Would stay again!!

A minor inconvenience- I couldn’t figure out how to dim the light on the air conditioner unit. Surprisingly bright, but I covered it with a pillow. Pillows and sheet- blankets/towels weren’t my favorite and a little rough, but good enough. Loved the big bed!

EXCEPTIONAL stay at the Surf Club. Positively one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything is new—the staff, Todd, courteous and invaluable. We woke up early and watched the sunrise, a short walk to the beach. Parking was easy to find. The bed was super comfortable. The shower was brand new. So good, I am going back next month!!

Location was perfect for my purposes - a short walk to the beach. Room was clean and comfortable. I've never stayed in a lobby-less hotel before, but my texts and calls were answered immediately so that was very helpful and reassuring. The price was excellent.

I was in a double room, and while it was the perfect size for one, it would have been a bit of a squish with two. It was cold in the room, and I didn't see any way to adjust the temperature.

We enjoyed the room itself. Everything that was within it was very comfortable, clean, and modern.

The only issue we had, we didn't get to the parking meter fast enough this morning. 33 minutes after the deadline, we got a ticket for $30 for parking. It's somewhat of an inconvenience to not have more available parking.

Super clean ,beautiful decor,no need to worry about a key,digital entry,800 feet to beach what more can one need your on vacation !!!

Think they need to use the parking lot closer to hotel ,but hey it is what it is

Easy check in, clean, modern, friendly, close to boardwalk and eateries. Great up to date hotel within walking distance to everything. I am a repeat customer and this is the best place in Ocean City. Clean and safe. Quiet.

I wish I could stay longer!!

Great location and pretty room. Very nice staff and loved the keyless access and the king bed. The shower was wonderful.

There was no place to hang clothes. Shows one in the picture but we didn’t have that. For a premium price this is a must have. So space is limited with all our bags having to be out. There was no chair either.

It was clean and had an excellent bathroom.

It was difficult to find parking due to the surrounding area having only metered parking or lots without overnight parking.

The room was clean and so nice. Also less than 5 minutes from the beach. Free parking, pool was clean. Just really enjoyed our 3 day stay.

No real complaints, maybe a coffee maker would be nice but there is a cafe next door which serves coffee and has great breakfast, Brenda's cafe.

We did not like the information that was needed for contactless registration. We were not comfortable sending pictures of ourselves and our credit card. We were happy that they were willing to work with us.
