The air conditioning works great, the rooms are always clean and spacious. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love staying here, the price is affordable and I am always satisfied with my room.

Only complaint is the bugs outside lol not the hotels fault and nothing much they can do but there was a lot of those spotted lantern fly nymphs all over the balcony and the gate on the side of the building...I assume from the tree but there are never any bugs in the rooms. So no complaints regarding the actual hotel.

The location is nice and fairly accessible. Close to some of the bars in the Somers point area and easily a short walk or drive to food and restaurants. Great location and access to long port or ocean city.

Only thing is, housekeeping won't come through regularly so you'll have to go ask for additional towels if you need them. Staff is very friendly though and it isn't that much of an issue.

The owner was very nice and accommodating. The location was right next to Caroline's on the Bay so that was convenient for dinner. The hotel is very basic and does not look like much but for the price it was perfect. The room itself was huge and the bed was comfortable. I did not bring my pet but they do accept pets. We stayed two nights and I know on the second night the hotel was at a full or nearly full capacity. I saw a couple of people with dogs but I never heard any barking or noise from other guests.

It needs to look a little brighter, maybe in the spring/summer months there are plants and/or flowers. I also wish they had coffee in the lobby but maybe in the summer months they do.

It was clean, very quiet and peaceful, affordable, and the woman at the desk was very helpful and nice. They keep their rooms in perfect condition.

The remote for the TV didn't work for the apps but it worked to change channels and volume.

I was in town from Pittsburgh to visit my son, who was in a car accident, and he was in a nearby hospital. The entire staff was very considerate, kind and helpful, and took very good care of me. They went out of their way to take care of all of my needs.

My only issue was the water was only warm. I like hot showers, but this is a very minor issue, and it's no big deal.

The room had absolutely nothing in it other than a mattress and TV. It did not have an iron or a closet or a dresser. It was very basic.

Only thing I don't like is no coffee pot or microwave in the room...they do have a microwave in the lobby though so that's ok.

Clean room for sure. Great location for sure. Free parking near the entrance. The air conditioner worked great. The office employee was great. Wawa was located super close. If you want coffee there is none to be had. You have to get it at Wawa. Our dog Ernie stayed free, and he liked the place. We would go back again. Next time we will bring our coffee maker. We stayed two nights in early June. The room was quiet, and we slept well. Next time AARP discount.

There is no trash can outside. There is no coffee machine. Every hotel should have free coffee. There is no soap, or shampoo.

Quiet nice location, easy access to Wawa and ocean city or Atlantic City

Most of the white towels were stained , 2nd floor was tough for my significant other who has bad knees will remember to request first floor next time .

The AC unit in the room smelled like there was potentially mold and it leaked so the floor on that side had a puddle.
