I have a high standard to clean and can struggle at these shore town motels. None of them are cheap now so even the worst ones will cost you a couple hundred a night so price no longer means expectation, with that being said, alot of these places are old so I never expect perfection. This motel surprised me, it was clean and comfortable. It was very close to the beach and boardwalk. So close that we were able to stop at the room to use the restroom when we out so we didn't have to use public bathrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The beds were clean and comfortable.

I really don't recall any dislikes. Like most shore motels, the shower heads aren't great and the exhaust really doesn't work, so after you shower it's wet in the bathrooms.

Excellent location right near the boardwalk. Poolside room was very quiet even though there are roller coasters on the other side of the building. Beds were comfortable. Room was a good size. Beach tags were provided!

Front desk person didn't give any insight into where our room was located so we wandered the 2nd floor until we found it. Had beach tags but given we were only staying one night not sure we'd have even been able to use them.

Convenient! The room was decent and the bed was comfortable!

The parking was a bit annoying! The main lot was never available so we had to keep parking in the lot across the street which was unpaved. Also, there was no hot water it was barely lukewarm. The pool looked clean, but not enough chairs, so we couldn’t even use it because one family literally was out there at opening and took up the whole pool!

Very convenient location. Walking distance to boardwalk. Booking room came with beach pass. Has on site parking so can leave car parked at the Inn and enjoy your time at the boardwalk and beach without worrying about meter time.

Room has a bar soap for bathing. Would rather have body wash. Practically next to roller coaster and rides so its a bit noisy until the rides closes.

We like that its close to board walk and amusement park

Not enough towels. They gave us 2 towels/hand towels and wash clothes for 4 ppl. I asked thw girl whi cleaned room. She said i would have to wait and Never got them i had to walk down and get the guy to get them for us. Also a bigger bar of soap or atleast 2 would have been good Rooms are clean

The hotel was super clean, staff was friendly, and the location couldn’t have been better!

It was initially tough to find our room. The on-site parking was full so we had to park across the street. While carrying all our luggage, we found an elevator and took to 2nd floor. But the room numbers were in the 500s not the 200s. We finally found our room and then realized there was no elevator to OUR 2nd level room, and had to drag all of our heavy luggage up the steps.

The upkeep of this motel was excellent and it is conveniently located to everything. Just steps from the boardwalk. The employees are very friendly and helpful. When we got there Saturday morning, we were able to checkin and get our beach passes and parking even though our room wouldn’t be ready until after lunch.

It was a bit loud at night where our room was located, which was by street and amusement area next door. It really does depend on the location of your room.

Loved the location, price of stay, cleanliness of the room, access to the pool and an outdoor shower to rinse off.

Our room location faced Playland so you could hear the rides at night. It didn't bother us since we don't have little kids, just wanted to mention it incase you have little ones that need quiet to sleep.

There was no breakfast....I knew that. Room was clean and comfortable. AC worked...it was in the 90s with high humidity. Close to the boardwalk, Private parking ,check in was fast and easy .The girl was pleasant .

The outside of building,...steps, walkways could use some renovation. There was no elevator.

A bit dated, a little but of a musty smell.
