We Loved the room, the oceanview room was fantastic I was extremely happy that I was able to make grandsons wish of an ocean view room come true at such a beautiful hotel. The fridge was great, kept all our snacks, water and goodies very cold. The outdoor pool was great and big, I love that it was a heated pool because the weather was a bit cool during our stay and that helped 😎 so much, the indoor pool was an added bonus. The restaurants are doable, they have a cafe in the lobby with some goodies and good coffee. We were pleased overall, no complaints a little pricey but worth it. My grandkids (16 & 11) thanked me profusely again and again. The casino was nice, i went in a few times but I'm not a gambler lol. I love the proximity to the Waterpark which was the main reason for our visit. Highly recommended.

No complaints, I only wish that they had a common area monitored by the hotel with a few microwaves to heat up food. When you travel with kids it comes handy. Be prepared to see and experience the most fascinating views through the window on a foggy day, it looked like we were on top of the clouds or in Gotham city breathtaking, see my pictures. My grandkids were mesmerized so were we

The hotel is a diamond in an other wise grungy town. I love the bathroom in the rooms. The shower has a built in bench. The beds are awesome and comfortable. The view from the swivel chairs out of the floor ceiling of the ocean and boardwalk is on point. I am not a gambler. This property is rich in other activities. If you like to eat, swim, or spa this place is for you. The 24-hour cafe in the lobby is the greatest. Coffee pastries food items are phenomenal. Do not walk by without trying something DELICIOUS. The Spa is a delight. GET A SERVICE!

Other people smoking in the non-smoking rooms. I know we have a crisis in the workforce. My room was clean, but the hallway on my floor was filthy. Filthy for 2 days after I made it known to the front desk and concierge on the first day. I felt like I was on the ghetto floor with the smoking and filthy floor. I did tell management

We wanted to stay longer but the rude, inconsiderate and down right obnoxious front desk manager wasn't accommodating whatsoever. Asked to speak to Hotel Mgr and was ignored. We ended up going to another Luxor Property where we were accommodated. Otherwise the stay was excellent .

Location is great! Restaurant options are pretty good and if you are a sports fan - great, fun location for watching games. Casino didn't have that same overwhelming sense of smoke from cigarette smokers. That was refreshing! Note- if you want a space away from all the kids (there were A LOT of families there during our stay) - then pay the price to book one of the ocean cabanas.

Our room had a fantastic view but overall, I felt the hotel had a lot of wear and tear for only a 5 year old place. Yes the rooms are modern compared to other places in AC, but I felt like there was a lot of abuse of the facilities on the property. Stains on the chairs and carpeting in our room. Splatters of who-knows what on our walls. We got a fantastic rate for a Monday night so it was good value considering what we paid. If I were paying 3x the price for a weekend room, I would've been disappointed with the cleanliness.

The room was nicely decorated. Clean and modern. The option to have a smoking or non-smoking room. The outdoor fire pit. The View from the 19th Floor. The Decor. Friendly and engaging staff.

Offer Complimentary Breakfast or put a Microwave and/or Coffee Maker in the room. The travel effort it took to get from the Hotel to the Self Park to the Casino. It's too much. It should have been more convenient to get from the Hotel Room to the Casino, to the Self Park.

The size of the room was great - the king size room had a chaise lounge - loved it. Lounging on the chaise watching the sun rise and set over the water. The bedside lamps had all of your electrical connections and not just one, at least two. I didn't need to use my adapter, etc for my devices. Okay the bathroom - 10 out of 10; spacious great size shower with sitting, toilet closet and double sink area mirrors with the back lighting. Yes, I'll be back.

I didn't like that during my stay the pools - yes all of them - were being renovated. Other than that the grounds had plenty of areas to sit relax and socialize.

The view was breathtaking

There was no conciers. I've never been to a hotel without the conciers. I kept asking for one at different time periods and they kept telling me, oh, he's coming to work. He's not here yet. Well, he never showed up for all the days that I was at the hotel. I asked the front desk if they knew of anything that was going on in the city. They told me just google it, wow. I'm a old woman. And you know, like old grandmoms? Sometimes we just can't just Google it. That's why I was looking for the conciers. The staff told me they had no knowledge of the city and if the concierge didn't come in, they couldn't help me wow.

The hotel itself was amazing and it smelled really good. I love the courtyard outside of the hotel with the fire pits and beautiful views. The coffee shop located in the lobby open 24 hours was amazing. I love it. I love a ceiling to floor window with amazing views and a gorgeous bathroom. It was my birthday and there was an event in the lobby bar area and I love that. The hot tub was great and the pool was huge. The spa area we didn't get to try but we will next time. I love everything about this hotel. We can't wait to experience it in the summer. We went at the start of spring.

Gorgeous Ocean Views from the 41st floor. This is a must do for My husband and I again. Room Service was fast and plentiful surpassed my expectations.

PLEASE PUT MICROWAVES BACK IN THE ROOMS. I understand the business part, But with the drinking, gambling and late nights sometimes you may need to reheat food you have left over from dinner. PLEASE!! Hide it in one of the cabinets so it does not interrupt the Classiness of the room. I understand this is an upscale resort but this would help with those tipsy late nights and needing a bite to eat to calm your stomach. :)
