Hotel room was spacious and nice. Check in and out was easy. Amenities were OK. Restrooms were clean all over the hotel.

There was no complimentary water and slippers. Valet was so slow. One of the towels was really stained.

We stayed in a Fiore Kings room. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was huge. They provided body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Coffee in the room with a nice size fridge. The bed was firm but comfortable. Our TV was not working but they remedied within 20 minutes.

The pillows were not so comfortable. They were a little bumpy and clumpy. I normally don't eat at buffets but tried it specifically to give a review. They had a huge variety of food. Asian, all American, Mexican, food from Spain. In my opinion it was okay in comparison to Hard Rock buffet.

The view was amazing; I would suggest staying on a higher floor to enjoy the view. In-room dining was available, and it was terrific. I would only say that they add a microwave to the rooms. We stayed for two days and had leftovers from dinner, and unfortunately, we were unable to eat them because we could not reheat them. Besides that, this place is fantastic, and I would strongly suggest staying for more than one night, being there are so many things to do.

There was no Microwave in the rooms, and the pools closed at 5 pm. Also, most of the restaurants were closed, being it was a Thursday. I don't know why that is, but I think it should be open daily.

Superb new hotel, spacious rooms, excellent restaurants and bars. Top ranked buffet. Excellent staff.

Pool was a disappointment. Website pictures are misleading, showing pool at night when it closes at 7pm, maybe winter time for the hardy. Small, very shallow (3.5 ft throughout), small jacuzzi had peeling paint and cracked grout lining. Also, why on earth only accept 21y+? With 3.5 ft pools. Buffet not available Mon-Wednesday and frankly top for AC, but modest elsewhere (disappointing quality seafood, for example, only medium shrimp and mussels/clams). Far from the glory days of AC or Vegas. Many facilities closed somewhat randomly during the week.

In general, all places are beautiful. but especially the lady who works at the reception, vita, because we come from Turkey and she helped us a lot. I would like to thank her especially and congratulate the hotel to have such a receptionist.

Children are not allowed to enter the outdoor pool and therefore we will not choose this hotel on our next trip. and I recommend the borgata buffet to have a longer breakfast time.

Bathroom was very nice. Clean, large and the shower had GREAT pressure. Beds were very comfortable, and 4 pillows were great. Facilities were amazing.

There was doggie bag from previous guest in our frig. Only 1 jacuzzi was working at indoor pool. A lot of the stores were closed, and we stayed Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday.

The hotel is lovely. The restaurants are amazing, especially the Prime Steakhouse. It was very quiet and the rooms were very well kept. There was a lovely smell all throughout the hotel.

There didn't seem to be a real entry point like the Borgata next door. The parking lot wasn't kept well for the kind of hotel the MGM is.
