The room was perfect with a view. Clean and comfortable. The food was delicious and prepared well. We enjoyed the pool area and the bar and host staff at the pool, and McCormick & Schmick's were most welcoming and accommodating.

The rest of the staff walked around like zombies as if they didn't want to be there, and their aura showed that. Most never responded to a good morning nor initiated a hello, or asked how's your stay.. A simple smile, nod to acknowledge a guest passing their view goes a long way to make one feel welcomed. Also, we noticed the after hours activity at the center bar. Being a retired Police Officer my wife and I can actually see the blatant protitution activity occuring at the bar.

On December 9th, 2023, i stood at the Costal section, which i didn't like much. The rooms were old & dirty walls were really dusty. i had to use the rags and whip the walls down. However the staff was very nice. So i decided to come again. So on December 24th to the 26, my boyfriend & I stood at the waterfront section of the property & it was so beautiful & clean. The staff was amazing the rooms were super nice & clean. I can't wait to go again

How affordable it was & how clean

Impressed by the renovations made to the room. Unfortunately, the room I originally reserved had plumbing issues, so I was unable to get a room with a soaking tub. But the alternative room was quite clean, quiet, and spacious.

Due to my conference, I didnt have a chance to really try out the other restaurants. Plus I wish there was an option for food during the Pool Party after dark.

The room was spacious. The elevators were fast. The staff were friendly. Service was timely. The food at McCormick was good. I won $500.

There was what looked like a blood stain to the end of the top sheet on the bed closer to the entrance. The shower water is not powerful enough. There was no body soap in the shower. No creamer or sugar in the room for coffee. There are no non-smokibg areas in the casino. The smoke was all over. I lost over $200 in the machines very fast, although they were dimes.

I loved our room in the Waterfront tower. I loved eating at McCormick and Schmidt and breakfast at one of your Cafe's. Came to this hotel because you have Limit Hold Em Poker.

I didn't like having to pay for The Pool and all the lounges were reserved with no one sitting in them. There was no where to sit. I wanted to lay around for a while, but found sitting on the outer edges uncomfortable.

The rooms are nice and bed always comfy.

I was told different prices by various people with room charges and parking fees. Also whatever air freshener they blow through the vents gave me an instant horrible migraine. That reason alone I won’t be able to come back.

It was quiet and away from the busy area.

They did not have enough room supply. We got 1shampoo 1 conditioner and I lotion also I soap for 2 people for 2 days. We ask for more but the cleaning lady said she can’t give more. Not that the supplies was good. You have to use the entire container. The rooms were noisy and at 3 am the guests were loud and the doors kept banging opening and close. Lots of people smoking pot!!!

We enjoyed the convenience of the parking to the building. The offer of upgrade was nice and appreciated. I slept amazing while my friend was up all night, listening to you a couple yelling at each other near our room. We love the breakfast options and even one a little money. Highly recommend.

There was a slight confusion when we went to check out as to how to check out on the kiosk, but a lot of them were out of service and some I think we’re glitching. We decide to go check out at the desk, but there was three people, and they all were working on one customer at a time so the line was long. Leaving the parking garage was difficult because they told us to push the help button and then put in our room number, but it didn’t work.

The mattress for the king bed was amazingly comfortable. Also the size of the room for under $100 cant be beat.

I did not like that they take $150 deposit for incidentals and then turn around and charge that same deposit, $39 for resort fee, after you have already paid for the booking. Returning you $110 total after being charged for $150 incidentals. This is highly deceptive.

The room was clean and all of the staff I came in contact with was friendly.

More of a suggestion, there needs to bigger sign indicating where the ice and vending machines are. I had to ask a housekeeper where the ice machine is located. When she showed me, I was surprised there wasn't better signage because the ice and vending machines are not in a typical place. They're hidden next to the elevators, and unless you know where they are, you're never going to find them. They need to have better signage indicating where they are located.
