The property was nice and clean , rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are as well. Beds and pillows are super comfortable. Room service was amazing as well. The beach is just across the board walk and we loved the beach, it was clean(we went end of June). This part of the boardwalk, was nice, there wasn’t a lot of sketchy activity but after the hard rock hotel is gets a little dicey.

The pool and pool hours; the pool is PACKED with bodies and there were never any chairs available. I think they need to make a separate pool for just adults, and the main pool that is inside/outside for everyone. The main pool closed from 8pm-10am for adults only, so when you want to go with you kids at 10am there is already a TON of adults in the pool and saving chairs. This hotel is EXPENSIVE! They charge a AC fee, occupancy fee, luxury fee, and service fee. And you have to pay to park in the hotel parking garage even if you have a room.

Beautiful design. Easy to self park. Easy to navigate to or away from the casino. Location to the beach & boardwalk. Chairs & umbrellas to rent. A lot of people had their own beach chairs (next time). Steel pier with rides was an easy walk.

The pool was CROWDED! Too many families. Looked for an adult only pool but was only allowed if purchasing day beds. Not right. Bought a water at the lobby store - $4.00! No water bottle refillers anywhere. I did ask at various restaurants & bars & they did it though.

We Loved the room, the oceanview room was fantastic I was extremely happy that I was able to make grandsons wish of an ocean view room come true at such a beautiful hotel. The fridge was great, kept all our snacks, water and goodies very cold. The outdoor pool was great and big, I love that it was a heated pool because the weather was a bit cool during our stay and that helped 😎 so much, the indoor pool was an added bonus. The restaurants are doable, they have a cafe in the lobby with some goodies and good coffee. We were pleased overall, no complaints a little pricey but worth it. My grandkids (16 & 11) thanked me profusely again and again. The casino was nice, i went in a few times but I'm not a gambler lol. I love the proximity to the Waterpark which was the main reason for our visit. Highly recommended.

No complaints, I only wish that they had a common area monitored by the hotel with a few microwaves to heat up food. When you travel with kids it comes handy. Be prepared to see and experience the most fascinating views through the window on a foggy day, it looked like we were on top of the clouds or in Gotham city breathtaking, see my pictures. My grandkids were mesmerized so were we

Nothing won a little at the casino ate at one of the restaurants and of course everyday at the indoor outdoor pools

The hotel is a diamond in an other wise grungy town. I love the bathroom in the rooms. The shower has a built in bench. The beds are awesome and comfortable. The view from the swivel chairs out of the floor ceiling of the ocean and boardwalk is on point. I am not a gambler. This property is rich in other activities. If you like to eat, swim, or spa this place is for you. The 24-hour cafe in the lobby is the greatest. Coffee pastries food items are phenomenal. Do not walk by without trying something DELICIOUS. The Spa is a delight. GET A SERVICE!

Other people smoking in the non-smoking rooms. I know we have a crisis in the workforce. My room was clean, but the hallway on my floor was filthy. Filthy for 2 days after I made it known to the front desk and concierge on the first day. I felt like I was on the ghetto floor with the smoking and filthy floor. I did tell management

There was a lot of seating locations....my husband and I loved that. Loved the restaurants and the view from our room was beautiful. We also loved the vibe in NOLA.

On the 4th night of our stay my family and I was relaxing in our room when this guy half naked seem to be intoxicated was walking up and down on our floor ringing our room bell and trying to open the door. We tried security several times and the line was always busy. That was scary because what if this guy was able to make his way in our room we would of had to fend for ourselves because security was unavailable.

The view and the decks at evening firepits and Rockers are great

We wanted to stay longer but the rude, inconsiderate and down right obnoxious front desk manager wasn't accommodating whatsoever. Asked to speak to Hotel Mgr and was ignored. We ended up going to another Luxor Property where we were accommodated. Otherwise the stay was excellent .

The room was nicely decorated. Clean and modern. The option to have a smoking or non-smoking room. The outdoor fire pit. The View from the 19th Floor. The Decor. Friendly and engaging staff.

Offer Complimentary Breakfast or put a Microwave and/or Coffee Maker in the room. The travel effort it took to get from the Hotel to the Self Park to the Casino. It's too much. It should have been more convenient to get from the Hotel Room to the Casino, to the Self Park.

Location is great! Restaurant options are pretty good and if you are a sports fan - great, fun location for watching games. Casino didn't have that same overwhelming sense of smoke from cigarette smokers. That was refreshing! Note- if you want a space away from all the kids (there were A LOT of families there during our stay) - then pay the price to book one of the ocean cabanas.

Our room had a fantastic view but overall, I felt the hotel had a lot of wear and tear for only a 5 year old place. Yes the rooms are modern compared to other places in AC, but I felt like there was a lot of abuse of the facilities on the property. Stains on the chairs and carpeting in our room. Splatters of who-knows what on our walls. We got a fantastic rate for a Monday night so it was good value considering what we paid. If I were paying 3x the price for a weekend room, I would've been disappointed with the cleanliness.
