The room was clean and bright. It was exactly as I expected. The kitchen was as expected. It was very comfortable to be honest. I would absolutely recommend this place to others.

The bathroom had a loose sink faucet. The showerhead was leaky. It was nothing to affect my stay and I understand there are renovations being made to the establishment and by the time I come back it will probably be fixed and improved.

The room was beautiful with a excellent view of the ocean from the balcony. There was an indoor swimming pool, game room (needs a little update) and restaurant on the property.

The location is great! We got a room facing the sea and the scenery is magnificent. There’s a small balcony you can sit in and enjoy the beautiful view. There’s an indoor pool which is very nice.

It’s a relatively long walk if you want to go to the casino. Also there are not many restaurants option within walking distance. There’s a long to do list to follow when checkout, including taking off all the sheet and pillowcases and towels and then put them by the door. Also need to put all dishes to the dishwasher and start the load and etc. I feel like staying at a Airbnb but not a hotel.

The location was great,a bit fair on the boardwalk if ur walking but if not it's perfect for privacy and the eatery was currently being remodeled at the tyme so hopefully this next visit it'll be completed😇🤞🏽💖🙏🏽💪🏽💯 The gym, arcade,and pool/hot tub rooms were AMAZING 🥰🥰🥰🥰🤩🤩🤩🤩🙌🏽💯

I was staying at the flagship and they said something about a holding fee but I currently didn't see it come back to my account after 2wks they stated(please fix that issue for ppl to see on there account becuz the banks can see that if it was installed back on accounts or not) and then the 2nd thing was....they have everything amazing!!!....except the SPA😩🙌🏽❤️‍🩹 I was looking for it but they kept saying they didn't have one,can someone please tell me where the spa is or if they can maybe,one day, put one in there?? I loveee this place my family does as well but I was so sad when the spa couldn't be found inside,but overall this place is GREAT🥰 AND PERFECT FOR FAMILY GETAWAYS,RAIN OR SHINE!🥰🥰🥰🙏🏽💖💖💖💖🤞🏽💪🏽💁🏽‍♀️👑👑👑👑👑💯

The views for the balcony at 🌃 night it's a beautiful sight

How when I paid for the second night they basically store $157 off my card for no reason...I have no car,I SHOULDNT HAVE BEEN CHARGED EXTRA FOR THAT AND NEVA GOTTEN BACK MY HOLDING DEPOSIT SO IM VERY UPSET FOR CHARGES BEING MADE TO MY CARD AND MY MONEY NEVA RETURNED. And couldn't even get sugar but getting SUPER CHARGED FOR NOTHING.....

I love the pool and the soul food kitchen on the 6th floor. I love my balcony view and my kitchen!!

The welcome desk could be a bit more friendly. They act as if they don’t want to be there but expect us to wanna stay there.. ummm how if you yourself don’t wanna be there?!

Varieties of stuff to do in the hotel.There was an arcade and pool/jacuzzi.The suite had a great view and there was given amenities for the kitchen in the room.

The provided TV only had channels and I couldn’t sign in to any movie apps.The furnitures (tables and chairs) were either wobbly or chipped and had random stains.

Besides the fact that they charge you whatever they feel like for the deposit. My 1st deposit was $150 only got $100 back. My 2nd deposit (because I decided to stay another day) ended up being $130 and only got $100 back as well! I knew about the $100 deposit but the extra $80(hidden fees) you got out of me was never stated in the policy. The only thing stated was the $100 fully refundable deposit but when you get there to check in/pay there are hidden fees, not just that they get to charge you whatever they feel like for the hidden fees as well

The really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space. The balcony views were beautiful. It’s not very close to the commercial boardwalk. It has a boardwalk for biking, fishing or viewing the ocean. It’s a few miles from a beach. You have to drive to a beach. However, the location was beautiful and quiet.

They are very stingy with blankets. Bring blankets if you like to be warm when you sleep. The cafe downstairs did not have staff. When we asked for help, the front desk told us the staff “went upstairs for something “. We waited 30 mins before we gave up.
