My family and I love the suite and the property location.

The elevators are still a issue with us, and in the laundry room clothes were left in the machines we had two staff members who did help us to remove clothes from the washing machine, but when it came time for the dryer, they were gone we asked a security guard for help. He got on his walkie while in the laundry room and turned around and told us that staff members aren’t allowed to remove items from the machine that’s when I showed him the sign on your wall in the laundry room stating that staff members can remove items that were left in the machines for a long period of time he looked at the sign and then just walked away.

Reserved a 1bedroom Delux thinking we would have a personal jacuzzi in our room which is the main reason of the booking and was not told at check out they did renovation and we did not get one but i paid the amount for that room for that reason so that was pretty upsetting when we got to the room and it didn’t have it. But we did enjoy our stay reguardless. I honestly think they should tell guest at check in about that

We loved the suite. Very clean and comfortable. Having a kitchen was great. The suite had a balcony, and being on a higher floor, we had excellent ocean views. The bed was super comfy. Free laundry facilities in the building were much appreciated. Nice pool and outside sun lounge area. We also took advantage of the games room while doing laundry. The location was good walking distance from the beach. Staff were very friendly. The self parking was good. A welcome pack of a generous amount of coffee was appreciated.

The hotel was very noisy with people in the hallways waiting for lifts, which were often a 10 to 15 min wait. The air-conditioning units were very loud and released a lot of water onto the balcony. Couldn't sleep with them on as too loud. It's a party place, so lots of drunk guests partying with music late at night. A shame as the hotel rooms and amenities were very good.

I loved the suite, views and planned experiences.

I loved everything except this one woman trying to sell me a timeshare. She asked why I was there and I told her I was on a trip with my best friend’s ashes who had just died. She said she had complimentary mini vacation and things but I needed to tap my card. When I told her I told her I didn’t feel comfortable and my husband wouldn’t approve either, she ripped up my paper with all the freebies and was so rude. I was crying and she didn’t have an ounce of empathy. Everything else was absolutely amazing just stay far away from that woman. Older lady with long blonde hair. No one else bothered me.

I love the property, very comfortable and for family trips and safe ,clean and up to date. We always choose it, We’ve been there four times already.

The member club meeting reservation fee policy was a little tricky , l was not told both me and my husband had to be present in the meeting in order for them to refund the $60 fee for seat reservation. We have the kids and only one of us could be present because we were not feeling comfortable bringing them down. I was already dressed up went they called stating either we both come or no refund will be issued. Sad but true, we better stayed in our room with the kids . It was a little awkward but We love Wyndham .

I have stayed here several previous times and I like it very much. The facility is very clean inside and around the exterior. The new enhanced control of visitors using electronic entry every time you attempt to go to the elevator is a positive procedure. We live in an age of serious events and so it is good to know who is checking into your room. I love the location that is about 2 long blocks to the boardwalk. I enjoy walking and so this is a benefit for me. I ate in the AC bar and grill restaurant right around the corner and food and my martini were awesome. It is a nice walk on the boardwalk and back Tobin Wyndham. Finally staff and visitors are always smiling and courteous. I will continue to stay here every year.

Too early to check out and no small eating facility inside open to the public. There are other timeshares in AC that have eateries on the premises.

As always, I loved how pleasant and friendly the staff was. It's always a pleasure when we arrive. The checking process was seamless. The desk where you get your bracelets and information was very informative and polite. Always a welcoming experience. The guard at the elevator was pleasant as well. Valet service was very punctual and friendly. Brought our items upstairs very promptly. All of this made the beginning of our stay very pleasant. I also loved the adult swimming time. I was able to get in some exercise both Saturday and Sunday morning. The pool staff was very pleasant. Had a wonderful conversation. Which is very rare with some people early in the morning.

I did not like that the sheets were not clean. I did not like that the sink or garbage disposal backed up, and there was garbage left over in the sink. We had to call and have this fixed. It took over an hour to be done. I appreciated it being fixed so promptly. I really think it should've been done prior to our arrival.

I''ve always loved this place. We have been staying here for years. Even during the pandemic. The staff is wonderful. We stayed for Christmas and they had a lot of activities for the families.

This time I only had 2 pots which was shocking and I was trying to cook Christmas dinner. The hot tub was filthy. You could see the dirt in the foam at the top of the water.🤢 So we didn't get to enjoy the hot tub this time. And the first day we got there a little girl threw up in and around the pool. We thought they would close it and clean it, but they didn't so my kids didn't get to enjoy the pool.

The property is good and clean

The elevators are always out when you got to check out. Had to walk last time 26 flights down and this time it was 17 with my sister in law and kids.

I love this place, the best place ever to stay with my family
