The room was newly renovated so it was updated, spacious and clean. Had a mini fridge, microwave and the small amenities needed. However, we didn’t stay at the blue water inn because they called and stated it was having issues and we were placed at The Forum. I originally booked a 2 bedroom apartment so at The Forum I was offered 2 hotel rooms with a conjoined door.

The bathroom door is now a barn sliding door that was not correctly done. It kept coming off the track and making it extremely hard to open and close.

3rd floor single double bed met my expectations. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, AC was ice cold (that’s great after baking on the beach), fridge and microwave worked. Free beach pass. 5 minute walk to boardwalk and beach. Restaurant and ice cream shop next door.

Bathroom and shower were tiny, but fully functional. Good water pressure in shower and could easily regulate water temperature. Toilet seat hinge was broken. On-site Parking spots a little tight but free!! Price was steep for a two night stay, but then again it’s peak season and I booked a few days before arrival.

Location is perfect. It is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, ice cream store among others. The room was clean and spacious had a microwave, small TV and a mini fridge. The staff, particularly the young lady at the front desk was very polite, and friendly. She was able to accommodate to our needs when we needed to upgrade to a bigger room.

The building is old and could get an update, perhaps some new paint. There was no hair dryer and the paint on the shower floor looks very old almost coming off.

Dayelin was very helpful with checkin. We had a great time! The pool was a wonderful amenity! We were close to the boardwalk and beach access. The facility was quaint, clean and welcoming.

I had an impression from the web site that the room I reserved included 2 sets of bunk-beds but there was only one. That required the rental of an additional room when we arrived at the full rate. Not what I planned but the stay was still delightful.

We liked being close to the beach and boardwalk.

I didn't like that there was no broom and dustpan definitely needed a good sweep. And the room could have used another small couch or comfortable chair. Other then that the room was great.

Location was close to the beach. Bedroom & kitchen were clean. TV, & wifi worked great. Front desk service was excellent! Very convenient access to restaurants, etc.

There was hair in the shower tub when we arrived. The kitchen sink wasn’t working properly.

Wish they told us to reserve breakfast night before otherwise 50% price increase…. We didn’t know this until day we left after paying for 6 breakfasts each day at 50% higher bc we didn’t let them know night before… otherwise very nice experience

Had a great time there the location was great. But there are lots of stairs if you can’t do stairs don’t stay there the pool was fantastic . Rooms are very small but you’re only sleep there . Showers look dirty but they were just old . The staff was great .

The location is just great, two blocks away from the beach and the boardwalk, restaurants and main streets. The pool is just great and it wasn’t busy at any time. The shared terrace was good.

I saw many comments about the bad condition of the building, but I didn’t see any of that. I mean, is a 2 star hotel, you can’t expect 5star facilities.
