Love it there, very clean. Close to the boardwalk. Great pool too.

The beds are too soft, and the handicapped bathroom is a great size but the toilets are too low to the ground. 11 inches from floor needs to be 16 or 17 inches high. The height makes a difference to someone who has back problems. Sleeper sofas are NOT the bomb. Ours was missing a strap at the bottom and the mattress fell inside to the floor. Just get a day bed, they are at least a real bed can be used as a sofa.

The staff was amazing, there were a couple of situations involving guest and specifically children, and the staff handled them so well, with so much care, compassion and professionalism. Chris the maintenance guy and the ladies in the reception as well as the cleaning crew were all fabulous. Just that alone made me really feel safe and comfortable in this place everyone was very nice and the premises were clean, the pool was spotless, I am picky about pools and the water was so nice and felt fresh. Would definitely come back if in the area

The beds weren’t the most comfy especially the sofa beds in the suites and I think there are cheaper places around but overall I still think it was worth it, we had a great time.

The facilities were wonderful! Loved the pool! Everyone was very welcoming! Liked the fact that we could opt out of room cleaning when we felt it was not necessary to do so!

I strongly recommend making more than one parking space available if staying in the Presidential Suite. We had two complete families coming from two destinations. When we stayed in a suite at another location, we were given two spots as we had two cars.

I was welcomed by Ms. Linda at the front desk. She was courteous and professional. Linda explained every detail of what to expect during my stay. Every question, even the ones I asked multiple times, were answered in a kind and compassionate manner. Linda is a shining example of what should be the 'gold standard expectation' in all areas of the hospitality industry.

Nothing, the staff was courteous and and friendly. The staff who maintained the room exceeded all expectations. The attention to detail was indescribable--even down to washing the glass I left in this sink accidentally. I had every intention to wash that glass and to arrive back from a meeting to see it drying, was awesome. A step that wasn't necessary, but one that made me step back and think "wow, thank you for taking the extra step". A silent service is what we call it in my field. A+!!!

Clean, spacious suite with more room than you could imagine! Love that every suite has a private balcony and so far I've not had any issues with parking (some places in town have either no parking or really tight spots that make me fear my car will get scraped or dinged). It's a 3-minute walk up to the boardwalk and beach, central to everything, and the property is nice and quiet. Biscayne Suites is becoming my new favorite place to stay in OC and I'm already planning my next stay!

I wish a roll of paper towels would be provided with the suites. Would also be amazing if the TVs could be upgraded so guests could log on to their streaming accounts (Netflix, Amazon Video, etc). No real complaints, though.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was adequately stocked and the room was clean. The balcony was nice. The location was very convenient to the boardwalk and nearby restaurants. We didn't use the pool (because we are from Florida and the weather was just too cold for us to get in a pool) but it was a really nice recreational area.

The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke and the lobby staff wasn't overly friendly. I think only one person smiled at us the entire time we were there. They were attentive, just not very warm. The location of our room was literally RIGHT next to the pool area. It was a little uncomfortable that people could in theory look right into our room. The windows are reflective, but it was a little unnerving to have people right there. It wasn't a problem though - just a little weird.

Your staff in charge of the pool area was exceptional. Very clean space, friendly and respectful staff. Interacted with guests but also kept working. He was definitely in the business of serving people and enjoyed what he was doing.

No stairs to get to your rooms. Had to wait for elevator evertime you wanted to go anywhere. Elevators were very small esp when trying to fit with the bellman cart with all your baggage.

A nice walking distance to the board walk, beach, and downtown shopping area. The staff is always friendly, and we love the roof top pool.

We had room 201, seemed very outdated compared to the rest of the rooms at this property that we have stayed at. The AC unit made a high pitch squealing sound when being ran, and the bathroom light flicked a lot if you had epilepsy have a serious problem.

Just pure deed everything this is our fourth time here, and we are definitely going to continue to come here to Biscayne suites. we feel like it's our second home away from home the lady at the desk is very friendly I forgot her name when I came to check in on April 20th 2024 she remembered my last names she also remembered my face so I would like to give a shout out to her. Ps the bed was so big it was a king size and the sheets was very clean also the front room was very big plus they have everything here in the suites you don't need to bring any pots,drinking glasses etc.... only your clothes and whatever else you need

It's nothing I can say the suites is the place to be

Loved the suite and it was fine in size, we had 5 people. I did not like the view from the room. We have been coming there for the last four years and the first three years we were on the side facing the Boardwalk. This time our room faced the alley which we did not like. Next year (should we come again) I would like to request a suite facing the Boardwalk. Please advise how to do that when making a reservation. Thank you.
