good location to food & places we had plans to go. Breakfast Diner was a short walk away. Pool was nice & convenient. Room looked clean, furniture & carpets looked newer. Nice to have packettes of shampoo as I forgot mine. Parking right in front of room. Manager was always there for my questions, referred us to seafood restaurant across street which we didn't walk to since across busy highway, he gave us Uber confirmation to use since parking was tight in the nearby beach towns.

Place was a bit shabby in that our room had a cracked window, the bathroom door knob area was cracked, there was some minor splash marks on the bathroom wall that I wiped off (not from us), the inside room door looked like someone punched it (metal door), there were some soil & pots under the stairwell by the office door that should have been in a shed, there was no do not disturb signs in room so I had to go to office to tell them we didn't need our room serviced nor any towels (only stayed 2 nights). Exterior woodwork needed paint in some areas.

Really great stay - the location could not have been better for going to the Crab Trap (Crabby Jack's waterfront patio out back has live music), the Wawa, the Farmer's Market and historical mansion. It has a pool, parking was easy, it was super clean. The fridge worked well, the front office has ice.

The only partial snafu was that we had a hard time with the room keys. But the front desk manager came to our room and showed us the trick to getting a recalcitrant key to work. Wish I'd known about Gibbs Ave. Beach - we'd have explored it for sure instead of driving to the regular one half a mile away (not that that was an issue). A map in the office would be helpful, because it's a little confusing what's where and how far.

We always stay at Passport. We used to stay across the street, but we only sleep there. Passport was clean, plenty of towels, windows open which is a plus, as it was very breezy. The staff were very accomadating. Lots of ice and a nice cup of coffee in the AM, which is all I needed.

This is basically a "bare bones" ,motel.......but is clean, comfortable and " easy on the pocketbook" It is close to the ocean and the boardwalk (a little over the bridge drive) and should be okay for families (with close to the boardwalk parking) . This was our second stay there (both times off season) but we would certainly stay there again! These are obviously older units in need of some attention..............but clean and comfy!! Highly recommend if on a budget!! It is also close to affordable food and beverage choices.........a very good locations.

My boyfriend and I were on a budget but still wanted to go to the beach. Passport Inn was the perfect location/motel for our needs. Our room was clean, the staff was friendly, and conveniently location to the beach. The cleaning lady would go in everyday to tidy up/clean the room and replace the towels. It was a short drive to OC NJ Boardwalk/Beach and a nice short walk to the Crab Trap. It is not by any means a fancy, upscale motel but if you are looking for a place to stay on a budget and don't mind paying for parking by the boardwalk, this place is for you!

Only thing I have a negative comment on is the parking which is not entirely Passport Inn's fault. The parking lot is fairly small and if someone parks a truck by either entrance, it can make the parking lot seem even smaller. Like I said, this isn't Passport Inn's fault and would not deter me from returning here again but designating certain parking spots for specific cars/trucks would be beneficial.

Clean and comfortable. Close to an excellent restaurant called the Crab Trap. Cross the bridge and you are right in Ocean City.

The front desk manager. Always seems rude. Women there was very nice.

Location was fantastic. Room was small but clean. The pool was great. Appreciated room service each day. Beds were comfortable and water pressure in the shower was really good. The pool was warm and clean.

Only complaint is that the room smelled like musty old cigarettes. I don't think a location as family friendly as this should allow smoking in rooms anymore. The smell never goes away.

Nice pool, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, it’s close to the beach and the boardwalk Wawa, liquor store, diner next door and restaurant across the street definitely would stay again!

You can walk across the bridge but it is a long uphill walk it would take about an hour to get to the boardwalk. I recommend using Lyft or Uber, they come 3 to 6 minutes you’re on vacation after treat yourself!!

I was shocked at the quality of the room because of the affordable price. Room is a little small but we didn't spend any time in the room. Pool was awesome and most of the guests were families. Wawa next door was super convenient.

I really don't have any complaints. Not enough pillows and the room was small but we made due.

Facilities are a great value. Rooms are clean and have the basic elements needed. Great location especially for going to Somers Point and Ocean City restaurants, beach, boardwalk, etc

Although there are smoking and non smoking rooms, we detected a smell from smoking. Not sure it it was coming through vents. It was faint but noticeable.
