Great location, beautiful installations and comfortable room. They provide good amenities, all nature-friendly.

I was expecting more for the price you pay - also, you get to pay an extra 50 dollars a day amenities at the end of your stay which is not published on booking. The hotel staff was not really friendly on check in. Rooftop area was closed for renovations, which apparently is one of the best areas of the hotel. There was a lot of noise due to these renovations and also construction besides the hotel. We paid for the room with the Brooklyn Bridge view and ended up getting one with the Liberty Statue view, which was not bad - the staff explained to us that due to construction this view would be better than the bridge (which was nice of him), I just think they should tell you this at the time you book the room.

Many would say the view as first response but for me it was the staff. Friendly, helpful and happy - this was the first thing I noticed and helped me relax into the surrounds.

The roof top was closed - understandably the pool and bar as it was December, but went to have an evening stroll before heading out and it was locked by 7pm. Possibly a safety reason or similar but no info on door so not sure. Daylight hours was able to go outside and enjoy my coffee

The view from the room was amazing! floor to ceiling window of the Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan skyline, it was so good we kept the curtains open at night! OK this hotel is very modern, weird and quirky colours and textures throughout the room but the room was large enough and the layout was excellent. The shower pressure was excellent and loads of sockets for our gadgets. The atmosphere in the lobby was very casual, staff are not dressed in a uniform which actually added to the quirkiness of the hotel. It could not be closer to the buzz of DUMBO pier to commute by ferry over to Manhattan.

It is New York so prices are steep, the rooftop bar was lovely but the cost of drinks was very steep but it didn't seem to deter customers as it was very busy with lack of seating.

Staff are amazing and attentive at all levels. Perfect.

Shower/bath combo in an upgraded suite was disappointing. Cramped shower/bath combo, and confusing controls for different valves and temperatures, made shower/bath time unenjoyable.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The views from our room and the roof deck, the location, the design of the hotel, and the service were all fantastic. We would absolutely stay there again.

The hotel is a little expensive, but there's just not much that we didn't like. We enjoyed our trip tremendously.

Very cool hotel. Filtered water in rooms a nice touch. Great location and view from rooftop pool excellent plus good sushi and cocktails. Easy access to water taxi and 10 min walk to subway. Cafe downstairs good for quick breakfast. Peloton bikes and a few machines and treadmills in gym

Pool is just a lap pool but that is not surprising given location and it is such a nice space. 2 hour limit on sunbeds is reasonable and stops people just setting up camp. Only other minor gripe is adding a 20 per cent service charge automatically then having a blank for tip to be added

Oversold on view, street view from our room and street noise. Eight nights… Rooftop was sort of hidden. Not really useable.

Beautiful and fancy hotel enjoyed the pool so much the view from the room amazing ! the staff are amazing too also enjoyed rooftop parties so much Don’t forget your physical card Because you need to put a deposit had a problem with it at first because I didint have it on me and didn’t want to check me in till the manager came and they took the deposit using Apple Pay wasn’t a very good welcome but all good

Our bathroom and hall way was very dark. Difficult finding things in your cases and getting dressed!
