Kids really enjoyed the breakfast. I appreciated that it was hot and not just pastries. Cleanliness was exceptional and staff was very helpful and nice. The room was very spacious and fit all of my family comfortably.

I didn't like that the ac did not work. I did bring my own fans for comfort...

The property was great, the pool looked clean, the hotel looked cleaned, and the hotel room was spotless except the sheets had a small stain!! She was my favorite staff member at Comfort Suites!! One of the hotel staff name Kim, was the most welcoming and the most patient staff member there!! I treat everyone the way I want to be treated and I got the same respect from her!! Breakfast was great at this property and they had plenty when my family and I went between 730am-830am each morning!!

One hotel staff out of all of them made us feel uncomfortable!! Her name is Pamela and she took 3 pictures of us without permission with her phone when I walked in and waited for the elevator!! Beware of her as she is very judgmental!! You definitely had to ask for your towels yourself if you wanted more than 2 from the front desk staff!!

Close to highway,as we were in middle of our drive.

Nov 14 night front desk young lady was not friendly. Gave us 1 key for 4 people. Asked if there were towels for 4 people in our room. She didn’t know 4 people were in my party or towel situation ( used Booking.com and listed 4 adults). I was told that if there wasn’t 4 towels to come back and she’ll get some. I was tired from driving and didn’t want to track back to the office. Front desk staff in morning of 11/15 was very nice.

The room was clean and big. Beds were comfortable and it was nice having a sofa in the room. The best thing about this hotel was the customer service. Carla at the reception has been extremely kind and accommodating. She helped in everything we’ve asked for, from laundry to breakfast. She is a credit to the hotel.

Elevator was broken and it didn’t seem like it was a priority to get it fixed, as we were there for 3 nights and no one worked on it at all. Very inconvenient with 3 children.

Ms Penelope was awesome reception and great personality service and answered my questions for future reference

More towels than just 2

The breakfast was good and the location was perfect down the road from just about every fast food place you can think of

Big, comfortable room, quiet. The best part might have been the breakfast. Eggs, sausage, yogurt, breads and toast, bagels and cream cheese, a couple of different cereals to choose from. Granola. All included in the price of the room.

The little girl that checked me in . Went way and above being just a front desk clerk . I wouldn't have stayed if it weren't for her. She saved my life. I have never been treated that way in any of my hotel stay. For someone to do what she did . She needs a raise. Tell her that Jerry joe Wilkerson did i truly did appreciate her. Thank you

Very friendly staff! Super clean! Great location! At a great price. Will be definitely recommending to family and friends. And myself will come back soon.
