I had a wonderful stay! The service staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet super convenient—just a short walk from Walmart, Subway, a gas station, Chinese food, and other dining options. The breakfast really stood out! It went far beyond a typical continental breakfast. There were five or six types of bagels with a variety of spreads, including a delicious strawberry cream cheese. They also had several types of yogurt, eggs, juices, and even a waffle maker so you could make your own fresh waffles. Plus, different types of coffee with half and half are available. There were both indoor and outdoor seating options, and the view was absolutely beautiful—you could enjoy your breakfast while looking out at the mountains. The room itself was spotless, very clean, and comfortable. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it to others!

Location was perfect; close to hwy, restaurants, shopping, as you can walk to everything you need. Great basics. Clean, bed comfy, nice towels, nice sitting area, good shower pressure. Breakfast was very nice, both hot and cold choices. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value

Tap in shower would not shut off, has been running so long it's rusting the tub! Door to room wouldn't close completely, I had to put a shoulder to it to use deadbolt. Because door didn't close properly there was quite a bit of road noise.. Mold is starting to come through around tub due to improper seal. Rooms need some TLC, hotel is starting to show wear

Traveling solo across country with my 2 labradors i picked this because it was all single story and easy to manage my gear and dogs. Was not disappointed - very clean rooms and parking close to room. Quiet area and felt safe. A little limited in grassy areas for dog relief, but plenty of sandy shrubby areas. I'll probably stay there again on my way home.

Door to room, to fitness area and to lobby were all difficult to open. Maybe Rock Springs weather calls for tight door frames, but took extra muscle for me

Rooms appear to be recently renovated. Free happy hour was a pleasant surprise! Free breakfast was very good, too. Staff was very helpful (the room's hair dryer did not work, and the person at the desk immediately provided a replacement).

Door lock was kind of tricky to open (there was a very small margin of time allowed between applying the key and opening the door). The hotel was a bit difficult to find as it's not visible from the main road.

This QI had one of the nicer breakfast offerings I've had in a long time. They offered small cheese omelets, bacon and a nice selection of fruit. Yogurt, cereals, lots of condiments and a good selection of bread items. Waffle maker. From 5-7 they offered some complementary beer and wine. Two drink limit, but hey, it was nice.

I really can't think of anything that I can complain about. I'll stay here again.

The breakfast at the quality Inn was very good, very complete. The room was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was a little tight for my large frame. Otherwise it was a very nice stay. The lobby was very handsome. And the staff are very friendly.

Really, for our needs the hotel stay was just fine.

So far no problems at all the hotel is quiet and reserved I enjoy the simplicity of the place and everything you need is essentially there. It’s not a fancy hotel but it’s very comfortable and relaxing. I appreciate the welcoming customer service from the front desk hosts. I an with two small babies and this place has so far shown more respect and understanding than most. I appreciate the stay.

Not much really could be remodeled but that’s not a big thing it just feels a little on the older side in the room but their lobby is pretty cool and up to data on casual.

The woman at the front desk at check-in on 7/25 at about 5 p.m., and at check-out at 11:00 a.m., was very kind and helpful. She helps make your stay pleasant.

Offered everything I needed. My only complaints are the beds in 171 and 172 could have been more comfortable. Too bouncy.

Passing through on our move across the country. Traveling with a dog and cat has limited our options on places to stay. I was grateful they allowed both pets here. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Beds were perfect. I always check for bugs and there were none found here. I would stay here again!

The hotel is located close to the main freeway exit. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast staff was friendly and there was a good variety of items.

The rooms had a separate heater and air conditioning units requiring setting the temperatures separately for the two. The room were partially refreshed. The room walls show mars and impact marks from previous travelers suitcases. In general the room showed wear and tear. Despite being listed as a non-smoking room, a odor of smoke was present in the room.
