It has the comfort of a hotel but with aspects of an apartment studio as it contains a plaquette/kitchenette, which was well organized and stocked for those who sometimes cook on vacation. I personally love the location because it is within walking distance of Parc de la tête d’or, numerous bus stops to city center or the train station, and next to supermarkets and a small collection of restaurants. It is around 20-25 minutes by bus away from both the train station and city center.

It is a bit far from the other arrondissements as it’s on the north side of the main city border, but everything is mostly accessible by bus.

The staff at Appart'City Lyon is just the nicest staff I ever seen in France. They'll do anything to accommodate you and make your stay the best experience you will ever see. They show you that they care about you and listen to all your concerns. So thank you and I hope I'll see you soon. Also, the location is great because you have direct access to the bus, and it's at 20min in bus from downtown Lyon. You'll have access to the most beautiful architecture Lyon can give (Opera National de Lyon, Basilica of Notre Dame of Fourvière, Great Synogogue of Lyon...). There is a lot of restaurants, shopping mall, grocery stores near by. I recommend at 200%

Like all the Appart'City hôtel, the kitchen was very poor in furniture, but I guess they assume we won't need that so much...

Room was comfortable and met to our expectations. Location was suitable because it was near the Congress City Hall were we attended the European Pain Federation Congress. Also, location was not far from City Center.

As 3 star hotel it answers to all the questions. Will be better if will be possible check-in not at 16:00 but earlier, at 12:00 or at least 13:00.

Receptionist was very kind and comforting. English speakers Garage was very good (extra 18 eur) and closed Fridge was cold We stayed at 704 room and elevator was just in front of the room. No waiting too long. 3 elevators Rooms are big and plenty of place Hidden kitchen was a good idea Balcony was also broad and comfortable. You can smoke at the balcony Sound isolation was nice and keeps you tranquil. Breakfast was ok but 20 eur was overpriced. Coffee was especially tasty.

The location is ideal for the Congress Center if you need a place just for a conference at a reasonable price. The bus stop for C1, C2, and No. 9 buses are right next to the hotel. The Congress Center is in a walking distance, ca. 15 min or less, and you can find a good tiny supermarket "Vival" on the way, very close to the hotel. The room was clean and spacious, but amenities were minimal. However, a coffeemaker and several glasses and plates were ready (oddly no cutlery, but you can ask them at the reception). The water pressure of the shower was excellent. I didn't have the breakfast.

When I stayed, air-conditioning was not working over the whole facility due to renovation. No free room cleaning, and you have to ask the reception for new towels; but it was okay for me. No fridge was the downside, because the concept seems to be long-stay, DIY-style.

As expected a clean comfortable room. For one person it was well sized. I like the kitchen that was well stocked. Located by the Cite de Congres lines and parking underneath. Staff was very helpful, amiable and responsive.

There is no daily servicing of the room (nor during my 5 day stay).

The place is exactly as described and shown on pictures. Nice staff, enough space in a room, small kitchen in a cabinet, some tea and coffee available. Good water stream in a shower, hot water.

Only one toilet paper for two people for four days, we had to ask for a next. Only one cup for a coffee. Shower is within the bath, it is a bit slippery.

They provide excellent customer service—both helpful and polite. The room exceeded our expectations, even better than the pictures suggested. We were pleasantly surprised by how calm and clean it was, with a nice bathroom and a balcony. We felt compelled to extend our stay. This hotel has become our new go-to destination.

Please the breakfast is too light

The hotel had a spacious room with a clean and equipped kitchen. The bathroom was large and had a bathtub. The mattress was very firm. Parking is available for 15 euros a night, but we arrived after parking enforcement hours, and left before they started again, so we were able to park for free on the street.

The small apartment was very spacious, clean, with a small cooking stove, refrigerator and other amenities. It did NOT have everything I needed but it was otherwise very good for self-catering. The location was absolutely perfect for me.

I was repeatedly warned that there would be no A/C. That was o.k. because they provided fans. They did not clean the rooms every day and the recycling and trash was a bit complicated to get rid of.
