Clean hotel within close walking distance from the RER, which takes you into Paris within less than 20 minutes. Quiet and clean surroundings. very clean hotel. Breakfast did not have enormous amount of choice, but it did have the basics, and everything was great quality, with special mention for the coffee and the yogurt. There's also a vending machine for coffee and snacks in the hallway. All in all, seemed better managed as compared to other Ibis Budget places I've stayed in, and the value for money was very good for Paris.

The regular Ibis Budget room size (not much room to put your luggage, for example); also, it would be nice to have more places to hang things in the room - e.g. a wet towel or a coat.

The location is good. The hotel is neat. The rooms are compact

The staff cannot understand or speak English. Only Jenny put effort to support us. There was a male staff who doesnt show any concern to support when we requested information and speaks abruptly and was kind of rude. He needs to be trained to offer better customer support. It left us with a bad experience. Word to the management: Paris being an international hub and having millions of visitors every year, it would be wise for you to express your customer commitment by training your staff to speak in English so that it caters to a wide range of visitors from Asia and the USA.

We were 7, so we took 3 rooms. The room was small but okay. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. Plenty of parking with quick access to the hotel. The location is good, not too far from a train station that takes you directly to Paris center.

The toilet was too small with no ventilation. Shower door cannot be completely closed in our room.

Good beds - hard mattress great for a heavier person. Bunk bed rather sturdy and the kid enjoyed it a lot.

Could've been cleaner (under the bed was a lot of dust - keep your slippers in front of the bed). Very small room.

Clean, presentable budget hotel. The staff were all approachable and friendly.

It was quite far from Rueil-Malmaison centre. We were travelling with a 2 year old child and no pram! So walking to the centre was not an option for us.

Convenience and accessibility to Paris by RER 12mn to Arc de Triomphe (Charles de Gaules Etoile) Hotel car park.

We were there during the heat wave and would have liked access to cold water.

Really nice location, personal was very friendly, rooms where very clean just as the rest of the hotel, it definitely exceeded my expectations for the price that I paid, if I come back to Paris I'll probably book in the same place!!

Very calm,quite,secured and very disciplined.All the staffs are smiling face and helping attitude.

It would have been better if complementary breakfast was introduced.Also costings would've been a bit less.

When we went there it was hot and there was no arrangement for a fan or ac.

Near the station. Basic room but equipped with everything necessary. Good service. Friendly chambermaid. Able to leave our luggage. Free wifi.

Unfortunately we were there for a Genesis concert at La Defense Arena and the hotel was full so they staff were stretched. As a result there was not enough food at breakfast. The baskets of croissants, brioche and bread were not filled up often enough. Otherwise, the breakfast would have been fine for the price. Also the drinks vending machine needs to be checked - I got 2 cups of cloudy water instead of hot chocolate, with no refund.
