Excellent hotel in very good location within about a 15 minute easy walk to town centre were there are bars and restaurants. Only a few minutes walk from the river. No hotel car park but there was on street parking directly outside the hotel or parking opposite in a public car park free of charge and there were security cameras on lampost. Staff were excellent and very friendly. Breakfast was excellent with cereals, croisiants. cold meats and cheeses, etc. ground coffee and a range of different teas. Tea and coffee making facilities in room.... I just needed to ask for milk and extra tea bags and sugar which was no problem... bottled water in room also and could ask for more if needed. Nothing was too much trouble. There for 2 night stay and room cleaned on day 2 which was great... very clean and tidy. Lift to all floors. Would definitely stay there again. Pontivy is a lovely town to visit and an ideal base for exploring the area.

The location was perfect for our purposes. Parking was easy and the breakfast was nice.

We are American so we love our AC especially in the summer months. There was no AC so I felt like they should have had some fans available upon request like another hotel we stayed at in France offered. We bought a fan at the local grocery for cheap and worth it to avoid being uncomfortable for two nights.

The breakfast was amazingly good value. We liked thposition of the hotel - very handy for looking round the centre ville and canal/River walkways.

We appreciated the kettle and tea/coffee but no milk available.

The hotel was close to the centre of town and next door to the Chateau. We had a great welcome and the owners were helpful. We were able to store our bikes in the locked hotel garage. The room was nice and the beds comfy. Breakfast was a good continental style. We recommend this hotel.

Some noise from the plumbing in adjacent rooms, but not too serious.

We liked the whole package! A warm welcome and friendly people. Would have loved it if they did food in the evening, the hotel and bar were so comfortable, we were reluctant to leave for dinner.

Super comfortable bed. Secure bicycle storage. A great welcome from the staff, very accommodating and helpful. Very clean. Well situated for shops and restaurants in town.

Lovely welcome at front desk. Great bike storage in locked room next door. Lift to upper floors. Kettle in room. Towels were large and thick. Two comfortable chairs in room. Quiet room.

The hotel was a fairly short distance from the place I was working. The location is close to restaurants and bars if you want to use them.

I think there was a blind to cover the window with net curtains. The blind seemed to be stuck and couldn't be closed. This is fine during winter months but in the summer, this would be a problem.

Good location close to centre of Pontivy. Very helpful owner. Very comfortable beds and storage room for the bikes. Good breakfast at additional 12€/ person.
