Everything was fine. It was clean, both visually and in terms of the odor, as well regarding towels, bed linings and sheets. The room was equipped with necessary utilities and furniture as well. It was a free drinking water dispenser in the lobby for guests. The potable water is also drinkable in general throughout France, but to have a filtered and treated water is always better. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was exceptional for a hotel in that price range and it is included in the price. E.g., freshly squeezed orange, not pre-prepared, fresh tea which is brewed by the guest itself in special tea cups. Also, the design of the room was nice and warm which we like about IBIS Hotels in general. That nice design was also observable in the breakfast room as well.

The room was small. The criteria of small or big depends according to the culture and country, but I might say that it was small, although equipped with necessary equipment and furniture amazingly, such as place to put bags, hair dryer, shelf in the bathroom to put toothbrush etc. Though, it was a bit difficult to move around. I think the weakest point was the bed. It was ok, but not that comfortable.

Check in and breakfast was very good. Close to restaurants so didn't have to drive for evening meal. Noted Restaurant Eric was open but didn't use on this occasion

Toilet flush was broken (reported the next morning). Noisy room - not sure if it was the air conditioning unit or running water in a nearby room but kept us awake some of the night

There was a member of staff who was really unhelpful if not sassy and rude when I reported the AirCon was not working in our room. In addition did not apologise for the inconvenience caused to us. This won’t put us off going back. The person in question definitely needs more training and that should fix the problem for her and for the hotel.

Room and staff were pleasant. Breakfast was good.

The website on Booking.com shows they have a restaurant, but it is closed for the duration of the summer holidays. Luckily, there is a restaurant nearby. They need to update their website.

No towels ! Didn't realize I had to order separately. Unfortunately didn't get to have breakfast as had to leave early !!! Disappointed ☹️ Restaurants and Bar closed (Sunday !)

Excellent location, met all our needs as per comfort, amenities, breakfast suggestions. Staff very helpful and reactive. Allowed us a late check-in.

Corridors seemed really narrow and was difficult to navigate with bags and kids.

The hotel is in a convenient location for travellers. It has the usual Ibis secure car parking area and restaurants close by. Breakfast was quite reasonable although a supplement has to be paid. Very clean.

Wifi was OK but could have been stronger.

Great location travelling from the south of France heading for Calais. Great bar/ restaurant ‘au bureau’ opposite the hotel.

Room too small. I prefer the option of’no breakfast’ as the nightly rate is cheaper. We stayed here before and chose the’room only’ option as it was good value but it wasn’t available this time. £79 for 1 night is a bit expensive for a small room in an Ibis which is pretty average. Bathroom was too small too.

Very friendly staff, comfortable room, amongst lots of different restaurants. Airco was excellent.

No kettle, no shampoo in the shower.
