Okay, this could be an excellent property; it's reasonably priced, it's right on a beautiful beach, it has an awesome pool and the food isn't horrible. The place is clean and the staff is friendly, BUT I have never had such slow service in my life and every other guest we spoke to had the same experience. I would not say this experience was just limited to this hotel as the service at some of the restaurants we went to was similarly slow and I mean slow. So if you do not mind waiting for food and drink, I recommend this hotel very highly. It was less than 10 minutes from the airport as well.

Nice big room. Really comfy beds. Lovely large balcony. Aircon was great. Nothing to complain about. The room was cleaned really well with lovely fresh white towels. Really appreciated the beautiful planting around the hotel with flowers and shrubs. Everything was kept clean. Good quality sunbeds and parasols around the pool and plenty of them.

It was a shame there was a bit of ongoing work and one of the pools was under construction (along with some areas in the hotel) with a bit of drilling going on but to be honest it didn’t spoil our holiday and they’ve got to keep the hotel maintained so one can’t complain too much! Service was a bit slow in the evening around the bar for food and drinks but there are plenty of other restaurants to go to nearby so again it wasn’t a huge problem.

Beautiful property and location, as always staff were nice and felt very safe and happy staying here. The breakfast selection is amazing as always and everyday it was hard to decide what to have. The food selection on the menu throughout the day is of good standard and taste very good. One of the managers (tall brown skin manager - bald head) forgot his name is so attentive and hands on which makes the experience so much better.

The room I was in on the 7th floor needs some attention like the old curtains and needs updating but other than that it was ok. One bug beer was the confusion at times at the main bar area by the beach, it became overwhelmed with staff and looked unprofessional at times and the food orders in the evening took so long to come out which needs to be addressed, maybe a simplified menu might assist with the strain. Staff need to have a bit more attention to detail as more than once customers would ask for certain things and would have to repeat themselves multiple times due to lack of concentration.

Gorgeous grounds with ponds and greenery for viewing and walking - and then with mere steps to an exquisite calm beach for hours of seabathing! My sunset experience was sublime. Three ample scenic pools with crossover bridges and rocky outcrops from which to choose; including a pool bar; and a cool jacuzzi and another plunge pool. Ocean view and sounds and birdsong from my balcony on the 800 block were refreshing and relaxing. Vibrant artwork and many spots for relaxation to observe them or enjoy good libations! Breakfast had variety from local choices of cuisine to international selections. Had vegetarian choices too! Daily activities were available but the nightly entertainment I enjoyed. Staff was wonderful and helpful: especially the two Daynas, Azania, Canisha, Lisa, Jem, and front desk. Felt warmly received. The atmosphere was convivial and socially colorful with members of the Australia Cricket Team and at least 2-3 festive family reunions and a graduation event. A rich blend of multiculturalism.

Nothing major: a sluggish sink, low water pressure in shower; possible screens on sliding doors.

The hotel is lovely the ambience is nice,the friendly staff from kitchen (the servers) to the cleaning staff however,I must say this guy RODNEY stood out to me and my family ,his customer service is exceptional, he assisted us to our room the lamp was not working and he ensured that he was able to get a working one for us the next day. It's not just that his mannerism and demeanor speaks for itself , excellent customer service.He made us feel at home, he saw us days after and still asked if everything was going good and if we needed anything,he should be promoted!!! 😀

We saw the hotel ambassador in and around and he wasn't even friendly for the times we saw him. The CSR's at the front desk need to operate like they know what they are about/doing. After our delayed flight for (5) five hours we waited over an hour or more to speak to front desk to organize our room and to make it worst and I had my six (6) month old baby in hand. It was terrible at front desk 😞 when I enquired the people at the front was paying in cash so it took long it was about 3 of them geeze.

The hotel is adjacent to a lovely sandy beach which was great for swimming and sunbathing. The staff (ALL) would say hello as you passed them on a path around the hotel. The grounds and lake were very pretty and well maintained by many gardeners. The pools were cleaned regularly and were pleasantly warm to swim in. The restaurant food was good with a ranging menu and reasonably priced. The highlight was the breakfast buffet included in the room rate - the food was extensive) (local food and more traditional cooked breakfast as well as cereals, fruit, cakes, omelettes etc etc.). The staff were happy to serve you and explain some of the local foods on offer. The room was quiet, very comfortable and the tea and coffee station was replenished every day, plus 2 bottles of water.

A few minor points in the room e.g. 2 bulbs not working and the alarm clock was a bit quirky - so no issues really.

The checkin was quick.The morning breakfast is very good with a large selection. I'm thrilled that they finally made it self serve coffee and milk. The landscaping at the resort is beautiful, every tree has flowers on it.The drinks are reasonable and Grand Ance beaches is the best in the world. They have a large free parking lot. The tennis courts are old but functional. Their lunch roti are amazing. The pool was clean and well maintained with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Unfortunately nobody walks around to offer you drinks or service. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I had dinner one night at the Radisson, they gave me the lunch menu (staying at the resort multiple times I knew there was a dinner menu) they finally brought the dinner menu. My friend sat at the same table with me minutes later and they brought him the lunch menu. I had to again ask for the dinner menu. This is not brain surgery.

The location to the beach is amazing and the resort is very clean. The resort staff were very helpful and accommodating.

There were never any towels available for the pool or the beach on multiple occasions. The wait time for food orders was very long at every restaurant especially during lunch and dinner.

This hotel exceeded my expectations (not sure why some of the reviews were just ok). The beach is right there and it's one of the most beautiful I've ever seen. A delicious breakfast buffet was included, and there were waffle and omelet stations, a dozen other options including some local dishes, which I ate while looking at the turquoise blue ocean. There was another restaurant by the second pool with *amazing* fish roti--so good I ordered it two days in a row and I never do that. I ate it while looking at the ocean and enjoying the breeze in the shade. The pools (big round kid-oriented pool and rectangular and deeper adult pool) were lovely and our rooms were fine. This isn't a brand new hotel but it was well maintained and our rooms were comfortable. In addition to being close to the Grand Anse beach, which has local food options and goes on for two plus miles, there's a grocery store across the street and I walked to a Thai restaurant 5 min away. It was great to feel safe and easily get off the property, even if it's as nice and expansive as that of the Radisson. There's a great scuba shop 5 min down the beach, Native Spirit, too. It was a wonderful 5 day getaway from the cold. And we recommend the river tubing excursions--so much fun!

As I said before, it's not a brand new hotel if that's what you care most about. The service was excellent and people in Grenada are SO friendly! Local and even tourists are friendly.

The hotel is situated on the best section of the Grand Anse Beach. The facilities are very pretty with beautiful grounds and two very nice pools, one smaller facing the beach and one very large two sided serpentine pool with swim up bar, and dining areas. They have plenty of chaise lounges and umbrellas in a very tropical setting. The hotel was clean and well manicured. Breakfast was included which included a large buffet with everything you could want. We had dinner and lunch a few times which was very good. Special mention to Matthew the bartender who made the best rum punch cocktail we had all week and was super friendly and very helpful. Latoya one of the servers was also very friendly and took great care of us. The hotel is planning for some upgrades to the rooms and other renovations like a beach bar and will only get better. All the staff were very nice and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again.
