The room was very clean and big. Stuff was generous.

Breakfast. In hotel told us that breakfast was served from 07:00-10:00 am. We came in 09:00 pm and nothing was available for eat. So if you want breakfast you need to came earlier.😌

The hotel is in a pretty good place, you can get to the Battistini metro station in like 10-12 minutes by foot. The neighbourhood was rather quiet and calm. The hotel has a garage (15€ per day), but you can very easily park on the street free of charge, there isn't much traffic there and it isn't as sketchy as other parts of the city can be. Our room wasn't very big, but appropriate for the price, it's big enough if you're staying only for a few days. Breakfast is simple, but again, price appropriate. Check in time is from 2PM, but we could check in earlier at 10AM which was great, because we could settle down right after a long trip without having to wait. Staff is very friendly! I travel to Rome once a year to attend Lazio football games, and will definitely stay here the next time I go. Very much recommended for people who want to stay in the city for a reasonable price!

The shower was very small, but in my experience, small hotels in Italy (and in most other places) have small bathrooms, as shocking as it might sound. Can't really complain about anything else really.

staff, reception, parking in the garage, but you probably won't park in the garage. Instead, they will tell you that there is no space in the garage, as there is none, and that you will have to park on the street!. But there is no space in the garage either.

The breakfast room is very cramped. The tables are literally on top of each other. The breakfast could be better. The bathroom is dirty.

It was good experience. We stayed in the hotel for 1 night. First of all, the hotel offered us the transfer from Fiumicino airport for 5 people for 90 EUR. We arrived at the airport late (at 22:40). It was fast and great with the transfer. The staff was so helpful and kind. The room and bathroom were great. Also we could leave our luggages the next day for free and have a walk in the city.

As I’m the person who like to eat proper breakfast, the food options weren’t so good. There were lots of sweets ( pastries, pies) and the omelette and sausages looked unappetising.

The first I arrived I saw was a good choice when they paid for my cab coz the driver asked for cash and I didn’t get any furthermore when I asked for a phone charger I got one from the reception for free as well.

Could have better breakfast options because coz is very limited and no choice of vegan or vegetarian and eggs when it's done they don't get a renewal

The room is extremely comfortable, the bathrooms are clean. The night receptionist helped me with a late check in and was very friendly! The metro station is a 15-minute walk from the hotel, and the Vatican and the center of Rome are around 30 minutes away by metro. Which isn't bad considering I was sleeping in a hotel for a considerable price.

The breakfast leaves something to be desired, when something runs out or they don't replace it, or it takes a long time.

- The staff is nice and friendly. - Rooms are neat and clean. - Breakfast has limited options , but we were satisfied with what all options were there . - They offered us room upgrade for free, which we really appreciate - The hotel is about 1.3 kms from nearest metro, so you will have to walk that if you are not coming with your own vehicle.

To be honest there is nothing bad about the hotel. However it will be really great if they can add few more options in breakfast for a few extra buck

All of the receptionists were helpful, kind and knew what they were doing. the room was great, we had a balcony and a nice, spacious room. The restaurant in the evening was really nice. The food was good value and very good quality, so thank you very much to the chef who cooked our meals! I had the Cacio e pepe and my partner had the mushroom pasta and these were two examples of wonderful cooking. The breakfast was nice and the staff here were very attentive and helpful. Thank you to all of the staff that were helping here.

There was a morning where the hot water wouldn’t work for the shower. after a couple of hours the hot water finally came on. It wasn’t a major problem but just something to be aware of. if we are being fussy, pre variety for the breakfast would have been nice. apart form that, we had a very enjoyable experience all round.

Everything from check in to check out was excellent. With a professional front desk manager,who arranged early check in, and his high competence and knowledge about all places worth to visit, by super clean, comfortable room with fabulous bed and big bathroom. Fresh breakfast,fast check out and even arranged shuttle car to the airport. Hotel is situated in very quiet, feel so safe area. Definitely my choice for visit Rome next time.

Really liked the beds very comfortable and the room was just spacious enough, some staffs were really helpful and professional,but others need some training , the location was great!

Getting coffee or tea was really difficult and would take time,if you go 1 hour before it closes,you don't get anything to eat, generally was just bad And messy,bread and butter of all things,you don't get!
