Clean property

The outdoor tub on the balcony was so rusted no one could ever use it .The lack of entertainment, the all-inclusive drink drinks we’re not giving out meaning my fiancé was requesting Guinness Stout, and they would only give 1 or 2 a day where giving out sparingly , could have more restaurant options. When I arrived, I explained to them it was my fiancé‘s birthday. They did not do anything for his birthday until the night before we left. Meaning they put the banner on the door that night and gave him a birthday cake & bottle of Prosecco

I loved everything about this place!

The only downfall was that the place is swarmed with couples. If you’re younger (18-29) and want to come for a good time, maybe not the vibe for you. But great for couples and middle aged groups (35+).

The vibe was great, most of the food was good, some wasn’t. The pools were amazing and the staff was very engaged in making sure the guests had a good time.

Most of the food was good some wasn’t. The crab in the seafood curry at Altitude was clearly imitation, if it wasn’t it was very bad and chewy. The roasted fish we had at Altitude was also dry.

It’s beautiful, clean, lots of good facilities

Service could really use some improvements. Further, you get the impression that tourists are being extorted with the payments for literally every tiny thing.

Multiple and diverse restaurants. Events at nights...

Staff wasn't as nice, warm and approchable as expected. In addition we also had an issue with the TV on checkin, it took a while for a maintenance to fix it. Customer service wasnt as fast. The room supplies were always short and they werent responding quickly to our needs (the least expected from a 5 star hotel)

I love the breakfast and the quality and quantity of the food. Your staff at breathless was amazing the restaurant manager Traci-Ann Shanae and Cameron at the beach jerk center. The cook at fish net chef Tevin chef Aiesha chef Nicole. Nico from the roof restaurant keino and Nico at the bar was phenomenal. With a staff like that breathless will be one of my favorite place to visit in Jamaica. Also knaz from entertainment and Ricardo bartender was a delight.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at Breathless. We actually extended a day because we were having such a great time. Jamaica is beautiful, but the staff make the experience at the resort. We left the resort multiple times and coordinated rides with the staff there. They went out of their way to escort us in and out of clubs/bars which we greatly appreciated. I don't think I encountered a staff member that wasn't super attentive and friendly.

Nothing comes to mind or stands out that I didn't like. No resort is perfect, but if you think about the volume of people they're catering to, Breathless is doing a great job.

The location was not too far from the airport. I loved the property and the hospitality of workers. The bartender, O’Neil, made the best drinks. Devaughn provided great service as a waiter. Kennoji was great with the bell service. The food was good. I enjoyed the fashion show and access to Secrets.

The resort lacked entertainment. On Friday night there was a party in the lobby, which had great music. On Saturday night after 10pm there was nothing to do. You often had to go to the secrets side for entertainment and restaurants.

I had two room changes due to issues with the hot tub and closet doors coming off and unclear glass around the bathroom shower things like that or disappointing so I think the maintenance and updating of the rooms is important
