The resort was perfectly located by the beach, only wish we could stay longer at the beach.

I liked the property, and must admit the services was good, the staff was professional, but for all inclusive I think excepted more, eg there could be on site entertainment, such as a live band/performances with local talent for a weekend, food was good, yet needed more variety that’s my recommendation

Loved that it was jamaican run, from the food entertainment, and music .The staff was friendly. Was great. Location was good beach great

Decor could be updated. More variety for dinner. The grill did not have all that was on the menu. Works to the property started early, not considerate for late wakers. Lunch could not be bought onto beach. You would have to buy. Maybe a discount or free lunch could be given to DeAja customers being as the resort is all inclusive

*On the first day we saw 2 roaches: one in our room bathroom and the other at the coffee bar area. *As it has no elevator, the property was not accessible for persons that have a mobility disability. Can be noisy due to nearby traffic. *Attempts to contact the property directly prior to check-in (by social media, WhatsApp or email) were all unsuccessful. Management should assign a staff member assigned to handle these types of community. *There was only 1 night of organized entertainment (steel pan), more would have been nice. *There was no daily menu list and no pamphlet or written guide to the amenities on-site at the hotel.

The price is affordable for being all inclusive. The food, the taste of the food, the presentation of the food, the convenience of breakfast, lunch, dinner, the bar, the place for dessert, and the grill. The location of the resort in Mobay, the access to the beach directly across the street, and the other businesses in the area of walking distances. The friendliness of the security guard and door men. The hospitality of the men and women in the kitchen:dining area. Enjoyed Chukka excursions. The convenience of activities inside of the resort to keep busy.

The water flow low on my fourth day and flowed low and actually stopped on my fifth day of stay. I notify the representative at the front desk and a guy was sent to observe and solved the issue with the water.

The food selection was exceptional, it was very satisfying. The location to the beach was exceptional. The ladies with the entertainment are fabulous! They were always smiling even when no one was looking. Loretta and Abeo deserve a raise in pay. It's hard to find caring employees such as them. Akia, the server in the dining hall was also exceptional.

The only thing I did not like was the view from our room. When we opened the curtains the morning after we checked in we realized we had a view of a service area. There was a mop, and chairs stored in front of our room. We did not have a view. We kept the curtains closed for the entire stay. This room should not be blocked for guests unless they know of this view.

The meals were pretty good generally, however some were lacking. Having access to the beach was nice. The nightly activities were pretty good-- Loretta was always full of energy and did a great job. Still, there could have been more music and opportunities for adult interaction.

Few dishes were severely lacking in flavor and some things too dry. When people come to Jamaica, they need to get the full flavor. My room was on the road and was noisy (aside for a few hours overnight) with all the honking, etc. The exercise room was limited. Should always have two bars fully going with music, TV.

The resort is a great deal -- the food is varied and excellent, the beach is absolutely gorgeous (there's even a small but nice reef in the swimming area, wish I'd brought my snorkel!), and the staff run a tight ship. Loretta was a highlight for me -- she made the activities enjoyable, and I'm not a forced fun kinda gal. Big personality and big heart. All Jamaican staff and management and plenty of Jamaican guests, so it didn't give me the ick like some resorts. I felt safe as a solo female. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

The bar music was excessively loud, even during the daytime. The resort is in a very loud area, though it's nice that there's a lot to do in walking distance.

Location was ideal....love that it was close to the airport and on the hip strip. Down the street from many ideal spots and across from the beautiful beach!

Layout of the property, some rooms way in the back, too many steps, and no elevator. Need new wash rags and more towels and blankets as some rooms did not have these things daily... Had to request it

The Food was great. Tasted good and I like the fact that the menu was more of traditional Jamaican meals. Breakfast Lunch and dinner really tasted great. Not too spicy or salty. Just right. Staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful

The dining area was a bit small and on my first night I had to wait a while to be seated.
