I loved the friendly staff and facilities offered.

I hate the fact that I was placed on the ground floor. There was constant noise of furniture being moved. I also paid for a garden view and ended up with a view of the back of the resort.

Lots to do and good value for money. The food was good quality

The write up was misleading and deceptive. We were meant to have $600+ resort credit but in reality you can apply it to very few things and only $1-$30 depending on what it is. There is no way you can use it

The breakfast was very consistent with great options. Staff very attentive. The entertainment was solid and bar staff was exceptional.

I must say staying in room 47, I do not recommend for any guest. I paid for an ocean view and I received a partial oceanview. However room 47 is above the 24 hour bar and 2 floors above the club. You can hear and feel the bass until 2am when the club closes so rest only happens between 2am and 9am... because at 9am staff is cleaning the 24hour lounge and moving chairs and as guest I was awaken by that noise.

The location was very nice . The staff very accommodating and friendly. The food was delicious and plentiful,along with the drinks. We were able to be ocean side or poolside, depending on what we decided We had a very enjoyable vacation.

The only think was when we arrived at 3,the room wasn’t ready, so we were to to walk around enjoy the resort and would get a call. We walked around and had a meal. After 1.5 hours ,still, no call. We had to go back to the front desk to inquire about our room. It was ready and we took our own luggage to the room, cause I didn’t want wait longer for luggage to be brought

I had a great experience at RIU Montego Bay! The resort was lively and full of energy, with beautiful beachfront views and friendly staff who made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the entertainment throughout the day and night kept things exciting. If you’re looking for a fun, all-inclusive getaway with good service and a vibrant atmosphere, RIU Montego Bay is definitely worth considering!

The food was okay — there were a variety of options, but not every meal stood out. However, the drinks were always flowing, and the overall vibe more than made up for any minor issues with the food.

Tens across the board. No complaints. Beautiful property, friendly staff (minus one lifeguard who was an absolute menace). Food was pretty in the buffet (restaurant reservations were impossible so I can’t speak to that) but would more than likely stay again. Jowayne is the best!! Bennett the life guard was so incredibly amazing and professional. Buffet wait staff were accommodating and attentive.

One life guard. And I wish I could remember his name but I made a point to forget my entire experience with him in order to enjoy my last day on the resort.

I liked the location, the rooms were super clean. I don't think I saw 1 ounce of dirt or dust. The price was AMAZING for everything that comes with it. I like how accommodating the staff was. The food was sooooo flavorful and good. The rooms were huge. The festivities were great. It was a total experience. The grounds were well kept and the entertainment was off the chain. The staff smiled and helped me with EVERYTHING!!! It was a daily concert. I can't wait to come back.

There was only one thing I didn't like. I called to get my room cleaned up after getting sick and they never came. But this wasn't a deal breaker. I will be back at this resort.

I didn’t like that where we stayed we were on the third floor and we had to walk up and down the stairs everyday all day when there are some buildings that have elevators. When booking a room it should ask what floor would you like to be on.

I went with my Mom. We were in love with the staff. Every morning they greeted all the guests by the pool and beach like cheerleaders. Also the water slides 🛝 were a lot of fun. Like being a kid all over again. The neon party is amazing. They have parties and shows every night.

I understand that the resort has to cater to everyone but the food was not cooked 100% like real Jamaican food. But the food wasn't bad. It just wasn't 100% the way I wished it was.

I love their customer service. The workers are very well respected. They were friendly kind and they made you had fun. They knew how to celebrate people’s birthday. They made people comfortable.

I didn’t like the fact that they took too long when it came to housekeeping or plumbing issue or any kind of help that we call the reception for sometimes they took too long or they didn’t come the next day. The mosquitoes was too much.
