Fabulous! An idyllic resort on the most beautiful piece of coastline. The onsite team were fabulous and the food was excellent. We had an exceptional stay here.

There were a number of small things which could easily be corrected and I hope they soon will be. I'd have expected a complimentary taxi from the airport and a trip or two into Montego Bay itself - craft market or Hip Strip. TVs aren't set up to stream?! And it needs to be just a little more lively - doesn't need to be live music but something past 8pm would make all the difference. These things didn't spoil our holiday but for the prices charged, I'd really expect them.

The best thing about this hotel is the service one of the best myself and spouse has experienced so far and we have been to alot of All inclusive hotels in Jamaica. This hotel isn't for the partyers in my opinion but its for a relaxing time there isn't any entertainment at least not while we stayed there...basically you make your own and it's just you and your spouse's time. This is what we wanted and that's what we got. Very good time! Bigup the Gen Manager David and our butler and the service staff! This is from the couple from room 207 who had their anniversary this weekend. BTW our ac kinda stopped working and I kid you not within 5 minutes the service guy came and had it sorted out remotely we got back our ac in under 15 mins. Great service!

Well I would prefer buffet like a typical all inc where I could pick choose and refuse what I wanted to eat but this didn't affect me.much the food they had on the dine in menu was good.

Beautiful hotel

This an older retired couple hotel Not catered for younger people or guy or girls trip If you’re looking to party do not book this hotel. The staff is wonderful!!!! But it’s definitely a couple hotel… older couple I went as a girls trip & we made the best of it and the staff was awesome! Butttttt if your 55 and up and just want to be isolated with your spouse this is the hotel for you ❤️❤️

The rooms and grounds were very nice. Food and drinks were available all day. Staff was nice and attentive.

The main pool was small and strange. Lots of steps and walls in the pool, so I kept bumping my knees, feet and bum on everything. Got annoyed so I got out. The beach area was very dirty, full of seaweed and trash. It was very small and would be easy to clean up…so I was surprised they didn’t, especially being a Hyatt owned property. Also, in my room, the tv didn’t work, outlet’s didn’t work, and the outdoor terrace lights didn’t work but maintenance fixed the the television around 35 minutes later. There wasn’t a large selection of food choices available but it was all-inclusive so that’s a plus.

The place is excellent 👌 everything as seen on the pictures! Nothing not to like about Zoetry resort excellent 👌

The Resort is beautifully designed with tropical exotic gardens and great spaces. The room was amazing with the most comfortable bed ever and a view from paradise. Hotel staff are wonderful, happy and helpful.

Close to the airport runway which means its noisy from planes, but you do get used to it. Some facilities weren't available.

Location, quiet, clean, great staff

Hot tub was only hot if I asked for them to turn it on. The restaurants and the food didn't match the printed information we are given at check-in in our room.

The service was impeccable, they were warm and welcoming

They do need a first aid center with Aloe. However they brought my daughter real Aloe so they are angels that should be provided the Aloe plant

Hotel was exceptional, we had a butler who attended to our needs. Pool and beach on site. Food and drinks were good.

The food could have been a bit better but it was okay. It was Christmas time but would've been nice to have more activities on site.

Breakfast location was perfect . Staff was perfect , you can choose from the menu I always choose Jamaican. You don't get that every day at home.

There was no buffet service or Jamaican food at night .
