I loved the food, the people were extremely nice and polite, they made sure I was happy and all my needs were met. They hotel is under contruction however I couldn't tell but it's good to know they are making upgrades. I wanted a little more entertainment at night.overall I had a Wonderful time.
The AC throughout the hotel needs to be colder.

Staff was friendly, Shavea on the front desk was excellent and was really accommodating and helpful and the hotel was very clean.
Not exactly adults only, only a section of the hotel is adults only and some of the restaurant's was shared with the main hotel so be warned but its not the end of the world it should just be made clearer thats its part of a bigger hotel.

Food was the best of any resort I have been to! Jerk chicken multiple times a day. Restaurants were great. Hooka! Spa day was amazing. Staff were super friendly. Beautiful location close to airport.
Outside of buildings could have been cleaned and AC was weak. Didn’t affect my feelings on resort.

The property is huge. Especially as it has a sister hotel right next door with shared amenities. The room was very spacious, with lots of wardrobe space, a great room service menu, a huge incredibly well equipped gym, a wonderful spa and beach and a great selection of restaurants open throughout the day. It’s the perfect place to spend a holiday if you have a family as there are lots of activities run daily.
We paid an astronomical price for a swim up suite, only to find it was in a part of the hotel that got no sun. This was hugely disappointing as it meant the pool was cast in darkness, so it was too cold to swim in and there was no sun to be able to sunbathe privately. The spa (and any products you want to buy in it) is also very expensive. Spirits are also not included in the free minibar and I’m not sure what kind of package you’d need to buy to include this. We’re presuming only the butler package as it wasn’t included in our premium one. The resort is easy to get to, but there’s nothing else around it, so do expect to pay for tours and taxis if you want to visit Montego Bay.

Breakfast was great! An extensive amount of options. Plenty of choice, however the Italian wasn’t that great. A few worthy mentions: Shackera - Buffet Dushain - Pool area Amara - Reception Andrew - bell boy The gym was amazing! My only nag is there wasn’t a squat rack.
Our first room in block 1 felt like a humid dungeon but we was moved to a new room swiftly by the really friendly Amara-shah (might of misspelt).

Overall the resort was pleasant.
I think that food selection was just ok. My main suggestion is the night life on the adult only resort. I think because there are no easy accessible clubs off the resort, the hotel should offer something for adults to do on the premises at night aside from the family outdoor entertainment. But overall the resort was pleasant.

The resort was beautiful! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was great for an all-inclusive; however, the Brazilian restaurant has not reopened after Covid which was a bummer because that menu looked like one of the better ones. Calypso and the Jerk Hut were the best for breakfast and lunch. Urban Eats and the French restaurant were best for dinner. We didn't get a chance to try the Italian place but it also looked good. We did a couples dinner on the beach (extra $$) but well worth it for a fancier customized menu.
While the location was convenient to the airport and in a safe location, we felt the beach scene was seriously lacking. There was not really much beach at all to speak of, just one small adults only area and two other very small family beach areas. You certainly couldn't take long walks down the beach (only about 50-100yds at most) as the beachline was non-existent and really rocky. We would much rather have stayed on 7 mile beach (Negril) where there were lots of local restaurants and bars and activities up and down the 7mile stretch of beach.
