The beach was amazing, quiet and private. Ideal for kids and full of space available to seat. Food at the buffet was delicious, although the quantity was not as overwhelming as other resorts I have visited in the caribbean the quality of the food was really good. A plus for the Indian food station. Drinks and cocktails were also well prepared and served. Staff was really gentle and kind and were always pretty receptive. We were upgraded to a better room without charge. The music was nice at the pool (reggae) and not loud enough to make it annoying. Each restaurant for dinner but specially the Asian cuisine one was really tasty. We went into a season of the year where there were not too many guests at the hotel which was by the first week of October and this made the whole experience better for my family. The airport concierge from Hyatt was good to have it and it provided some beverages and comfortable spot to wait for the transportation.

I think the round trip shuttle price of US $194 for 2 adults, 1 kid of 5 years and 1 one infant from the airport to the hotel offered by Hyatt was too expensive considering the distance and the vehicle used to move the guests.

The highlight here is the staff, you are spoilt, looked after & nothing is a problem. Big call out to DeZeen & Oren. Food is fresh, plentiful & delicious variety, def recommend French restaurant. Stunning pools, relaxing beach area. Spacious room, comfy beds, clean w air con & verandah. Fun activities & daily yoga classes in mornings. All inclusive 🙌

This resort is all inclusive which covers your expenses, including tips, so while high priced upfront (worse for us paying Aussie $) its actually worth spoiling yourself for a few days. Close to airport so no car required. You may not see a lot of local Jamaica but resort makes effort to include local foods & entertainment. Terrific for families w kids club.

Breakfast: Plenty of selection of foods, fruit and juices to suit every palate. Jamaica Rootz: great hospitality and delicious Island flavours The Jerk hut on the beach provided lots of choice, delicious jerk chicken/pork, patties, festival and rice and peas. Loved it. I was unwell during my stay and the staff were extremely attentive and helpful, called the nurse who checked and monitored my vitals and ensured I was feeling better before returning me to my room. Natalia, the manager also attended to my needs and followed up the next day to make sure I was fine. A lovely get well soon card and a delectable bowl of fresh fruit was a lovely and touching surprise from the Natalia and the Ziva family. Thank you!

I really enjoyed the YARDIE breakfast, lunch and dinner stations!! The landscape was immaculate! The housekeeping lady, I forgot her name, was absolutely AWESOME!!

The water from the shower, in my room, leaked onto the bathroom floor, every time, someone took a shower. So we had to place additional towels on the floor to contain the water. I informed the housekeeping staff and she immediately notified the maintenance staff. The maintenance man came into the bathroom, and touched the shower stall and that was it. There was no further work to fix the leaking shower stall. This was disappointing.

We have been to Jamaica several times for vacation, and the experience at the Hyatt Ziva was my favorite. This resort has everything you expect in a vacation. The facilities were clean, comfortable and well maintained. The food was excellent and the staff was friendly and highly professional. The entertainment was awesome … live nightly bands, Jamaican food festival, beautiful lawn dinners with live entertainment. It was absolutely awesome … we can’t wait to return!

So glad I trusted my gut and ignored a few online reviews about the Hyatt Ziva—because this place was pure paradise! From the moment the doorman greeted me, I knew I’d made the right choice. The hotel itself is stunning, and the staff? Top-notch, always helpful and kind. They were accommodating to my little cousins who lived locally and wanted to hang out with me ! It was very kid friendly so it was perfect ! Whether I was lounging by the pool, relaxing in one of the gazebos with jaw-dropping views, or catching some oceanfront yoga at sunrise, it was bliss. And let’s not forget the Barefoot Jerk Hut—a must-visit for the jerk pork and festival that will have you coming back for more. Hyatt Ziva, you were a dream come true!

While I absolutely adored the property and the stunning views, the food was a bit of a mixed bag. Choicez stole my heart with its authentic Jamaican breakfast every morning and some seriously good soup in the evening. And the Barefoot Jerk Hut? Let’s just say I’d happily swim back for that jerk pork and festival! But the Italian restaurant on-site? Eh, not so much. The servers were lovely, but the meal itself? Let’s just say it left my taste buds daydreaming about Choicez instead!

Amazing offering of food, with multiple different restaurants! Great pools, bars & cafes & loved how there was separation between family & adult section but could go between them both if 18+. Staff super friendly, tidy & clean rooms, all the facilities were always spotless!

The drinks could've been better sometimes, not all the bar tenders were the same standard! Apart from that nothing, it exceeded our expectations!

Beautiful facilities, very gracious, attentive, and courteous staff. Clean and spacious room. All-inclusive stay. Absolutely loved renting a cabana for the day - was able to relax and enjoy personalized service.

The beach area is a little small and closed off. Nice to sit and relax in, but would have enjoyed a more open beach area if it were possible, as there isn't room for beach games or watersports. Pools were absolutely beautiful, though a bit small.

We love how it was all inclusive. The location was beautiful. Great value.

Some room features didn’t work (AC/Heat control, electric outlets out of wall, etc). Some staff members were friendlier than others (two front desk receptionist were rude).
