The location of the property is perfect especially if you want to get off the the resort. You are close to stores, and restaurants basically the hip strip is right there. The view was amazing omg. Be able to see the beach/ocean/ also the sunset/sunrise. Also, they have a connecting hotel as well where you can enjoy that side of the property.

The only thing I didn't like was the room TV was outdated, it didn't really bother my guest, and me because we ain't even stayed in the room most of the days there. But if you're a TV person I'll say bring some to watch your shows on ( if needed). But other then that the hotel is beautiful

I didnt like one of the server at the grill bar she didn't have any customer service 😕 the bathroom door couldn't close so the bathroom is always getting wet after a shower

I liked easy access to the beach & pool area. The staff was friendly & great.

It was not good that the water would not get hot at times. We had to keep asking for towels & washcloths because they were not given to us or they had run out. We didn't like not having a bathroom door. At one point my wife was in the shower when housekeeping came. The bathroom is right by door when you walk in. Since housekeepers have to leave the door open, the short shower curtain (substituted for the door), kept flying open. It was a very stressful experience. Also, we were under the impression that we'd be able to wash clothes. We found out the washer & dryer didn't work. We had gotten the drink package, there was a day when they were not replaced.

It took an hour to check in at the hotel, without any costumers in line. Not acceptable. Everything else was Perfect.

Great beach setting

The fridge in our room wasn't stocked I guess because it didn't cool. We told staff several times that it didn't work and they said they would send someone to look at it and they never did. We had no cold beverages while we were there

Resort was really nice, check in was smooth. We were greeted with RUM punch 😊, the pool area was nice and the DJ was live! The food was good for the most part and the drinks kept coming and they were strong!(depending on the bartender and your tip lol) The resort is in a prime location near all the souvenir ships, small restaurants and clubs. Very diverse... Beautiful people from all over the world, drinking, smoking and enjoying paradise!!!

No face towels...only hand towels and large dry off towels 🙄

Everything was excellent, the location of the hotel right on the beach excellent. Great view of the sea from the room window (it is better to have a room on the upper floors). It is a 1800m walk from the airport, you can walk without luggage (the taxi driver charged 20 USD !!!). Hotel beach OK, sea clean. A fridge in the room with drinks included in the price, which were replenished. Food in the restaurant is free to choose from - self-service.

The hotel restaurant is not air-conditioned, it is open, only there are fans on the ceiling, but eating food in warm weather is not pleasant. Drinks in the restaurant are only served (except juices), there is no self-service option. When leaving the hotel for a walk in the city, it is necessary to report and register with the security guard in front of the hotel every time you leave and arrive.

This resort was pretty amazing, certainly a great place to visit

The food was amazing. The staff were all well-mannered and helpful. Everyone made me feel welcomed.

The problem I’ve had was not being accommodated after not showing up for the first night which was paid for. I’ve had multiple flight delays coming from the Bahamas due to bad weather and I’ve tried reaching out to the property to explain this dilemma but to no avail. After my arrival this matter was not overlooked because of their policy so I had to pay for an extra night and taking a loss of not being refunded. Also the restaurant for dinner couldn’t fit me in on both nights I stayed there 😢 Not a great experience for a first time trip.
