Weirdly it was a lovely homely hotel. Not modern but functional. Everything at your fingertips. For the price paid. It was worth it and we would stay again. We could cook our food or get something to eat in the Resturant downstairs. I’m vegetarian and not a problem. I had a beautiful view of the sea and spent evening on the balcony just listening to the waves, music or reading. Some evening we walked along the beach passing other hotels and bars with entertainment and music that made you want to dance. We never felt unsafe at any point. You could swim or sunbath on the beach right outside the hotel. It was nice.

I didn’t always like that the service desk was not available first thing in the morning but had to wait to ask for an iron when I wanted to be up and out. Aside that minor blip, it was ok.

We received a very warm welcome from Shirley(Twerley). The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We planned on spending an additional night, but my daughters wanted to explore Ocho Rios instead. The beach is clean and the lifeguard was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend this property to others as it was recommended to me by a friend. I will also stay here again for future visits to Negril.

The outer building could do with a paint job as this may deter visitors from experiencing the beauty inside the apartment.

The hotel beach chairs and loungers could use an updating and more added. The kitchen stove could use an updating. I saw a bug in silverware drawer one day. The dishware, glasses and utensils could use an update. There was not enough for four people. The smaller bathroom could use another shelf or two for placement of travelers toiletries. More hooks for towels to hang. One of the apartment safes were not working.

I love staying at the Negril Beach Condos. The staff are incredible, it feels safe, the pool and beachside are so close, and the convenience store on property are helpful. The walk to town is about 15 minutes, taxis are easy to grab, and there's plenty of roadside jerk pans and markets. I've stayed here about four times now.

It was close to the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful with information. They accommodated our request and the rate was reasonable.

The doors in the apartment could not close, especially the bathroom doors. The microwave had rust and needs to be replaced. The boiler closet door cannot close and was a concern to us as we had toddlers in the apartment. One of our rooms had no TV. The air conditioner in our room was leaving the last 3 days of our stay and we had to put a plastic container to catch the water because the towels

The location is perfect, there are 24 hour food options at the location & plenty of options along the beach. My room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I was there as the season was winding down so the crowd was manageable & wonderful.

Minor issues, the WIFI was super inconsistent making it tough to check in for my flight. I could never figure out how to get the tv to work. I was rarely in the room to care, but if you are a TV person, that would be an issue. Also, housekeeping was super aggressive at knocking and showed up at very inconvenient times. This shouldn't have been an issue for me bc every day, I told the housekeeper, to her face, that I didn't want her in my room or service; yet she did it any way.

Have stayed at NBC dozens of times in the 80’s and 90’s. First time back in 25 years and it has changed very little. Definitely could use a little updating but still a great value and location.

These condos are perfect for those who want an affordable holiday on the negril beach. The condos are right on the beach so you have your own private access to the beach, avoiding the crowd. The restaurant is excellent. The apartments are not modern, but they are clean and it is a perfect tradeoff for having the beach outside your door

The room was very comfortable, clean, and nicely renovated. It is a great location, close to shops and the market. Being right on the beach was absolutely amazing. The pool was sparking clean which gave us an option of pool or beach or both everyday! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The food onsite was delicious and reasonable cost. The bar is right on the beach and drinks are reasonably priced. The staff are very friendly and helpful and every request we had was followed up on quickly. There are also residents at the condo that live onsite in their own condos and they were very friendly and helpful when we asked for recommendations of the best jerk chicken in the area and best supermarkets. Security at the condo was excellent. I will absolutely make this my go-to accommadtion in Negril!

We did have to switch rooms several times as the air conditioner broke down but this beyond their control and the staff and manager Jean worked very quickly to make sure we were moved to a room with a working AC. The water pressure was lower on the third floor but this was only a minor inconvenience, water was always warm and plenty.
