Very close to Tsurumi Station, a good place to stay if you want to spend a night somewhat close to Haneda (about 40 min counting walking and taking the train). If taking suitcases with you, pay attention to the notice showing the entrance with the elevator going a bit further and taking the ramp to the left. The staff can keep your suitcases for a while after checking out.

I booked the double room to share the bed with my husband, but it had 2 single beds put together, so there was that uncomfortable crack in the middle...

The location was good to go to Haneda Airport and also Minato Mirai Also there was 2 stations near the hotel and many stores and restaurants.

The breakfast time is too short, because it ends 9am. Also the elevator access from the first floor was kind of hidden.

Good location, close to 2 train stations, not to far from the center of Yokohama, and direct trains to the airport of Haneda. Very nice staff talking English. Hotel convenient. Excellent breakfast, combining Japanese and Western food.

Room very small, impossible to move in it or to put all the luggages. Not enough electricity plug in. The first night was too cold because the heating was out of order. However, the staff fixed the issue for the 2nd night.

Conveniently located near Tsurumi Station and convenience stores. Perfect location for restaurants, pharmacies and stores. Very friendly staff.

The rooms are a little small, which is to expected. It is exceptionally clean, though, and if live neatly, it won't be a problem.

Location is super excellent just few minutes walk from Tsurumi station. The room and all areas are very clean and there is a light pleasent fragrance felt in the room and the entire floor. Perhaps some kind of incense. Staff are super friendly and smiley. Highly recommend!

The room was small or maybe overstuffed. I booked solely for myself but it was a double room. It might feel tight and a bit movement-restricting for two persons.

Friendly staff and service. Tourist facilities like JR Tsurumi(connected to JR Yokohama and Tokyo station by Tokaido Line), convenience store, restaurants, cafe, and others are just ahead.

The chair was so hard, my butt almost burst. I wish there was a cushion.

Everything else was great

During booking I asked for the reservation of a parking lot but I was told by the staff at the hotel upon arrival that it's already full and I had to park at the private parking lot approx 5 mins away. It wasn't a big problem but I chose this hotel specifically because of the included parking lot on site so a bit of a let down.

Conveniently by the train station. Also has a laundrette in the hotel which we made use of. The room itself was clean and fresh.

Bed was a little uncomfortable.

Nice location near the station, staff are english-speaking, kind and polite. Also there are an option for paid breakfast if you wish. Service is nice, they do cleaning everyday, if you wish. Would recommend it for its budget price, nice service and location.

This place was fantastic really, superb location, big enough bedrooms, friendly staff. I paid less than £30 for the room, unbelievable price for what you get. Also super close to the jr lines and metro.
