This property is in an excellent location, offering convenient access to shops, taxis, and trains. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. No matter how busy they were, they always took the time to greet us warmly as soon as we entered. The hotel facilities were also impressive—clean, tidy, and well-maintained.

As first-time visitors to Japan, we were hoping for a traditional Japanese breakfast, but the hotel served a Thai breakfast instead, which was a bit disappointing. We don’t recall seeing this mentioned anywhere during the booking process. Other than that, everything else about the stay was great.

I liked that this is a budget hotel but with good amenities. Though far from city center there are also nearby attractions such as Tokyo Tower and Teamlab Borderless. Size of the room is acceptable and breakfast is nice as it offers both western and Thai food.

Room was not so soundproof. The place is near some casinos and looks like night clubs. Most of our stay it was noisy during night till dawn. 3 to 5mins walk to bus station and 8mins from train stn.

The staff were so kind, friendly, and professional. They helped with any questions we had and let us have a late checkout with no issues when we accidentally got the checkout time wrong. The space is very clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The shower was amazing! Great water pressure, heat, and drainage. The location is prime. Plenty of great cafes and restaurants close by. A main subway station is also within walking distance.

The room is a little small, but that’s pretty typical in Japan and not a deal breaker by any means.

Absolutely perfect for what we wanted. We stayed twice – 2 nights at the beginning of our holiday and 1 night at the end. On the last day we left our cases with the reception team and collected a few hours before our flight. The location is excellent – two minutes from Roppongi Crossing, and one minute to the metro station (although as always there was a little walk once within the metro station). The reception staff were very helpful, great English, and friendly. Rooms in Tokyo are usually very small – whilst not large, the room was larger than I was expecting, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is available at the adjacent Thai restaurant – they had a good selection, but be aware they close at 10am and you will be politely asked to leave at 10am. A Family Mart and 7 Eleven are very close to the hotel, as is the Hard Rock Café, Wolfgang Puck pizza and many other restaurants in the area. Overall good value for money, a great location to explore Tokyo from, and only around 20 min from Haneda airport.

Nothing - it exceeded our expectations

This hotel is near to Rappongi Station Exit No. 5 ... the location is so great, you can reach Shibuya / takeshita / Shinjuka within 15 to 20 mins . The best part of this hotel is we discovered India restaurant Downtown B's Indian Kitchen the best indian food we had, please note I am very fussy about the indian food, and this restaurant is 10 on 10. Also there is Family Mart store just 20 meters away from the hotel, for any snacks or day to day shopping , and it provides portable rechargeable batteries for the devices.

Room size, its not the hotels fault ... but next time whever I stay in this hotel will book a bigger room size.

When I first booked this comfort inn I knew it was considered a "discount" hotel and I needed only two nights so I thought I would "suffer" for two nights. Instead what I found was that this hotel was even better than some more luxury brands that I've stayed at. From the complimentary coffee and water to the free essentials and the gracious front desk staff who are always ready to help, I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was also much bigger than I thought (although they are not all so big) for a family of 4 we had a pretty sizeable room where the kids could run and play. Our floor had two washer and dryers and I believe every floor has their own because they were mostly always available.

I have no criticism for this hotel, it surpassed my expectations.

Very clean, friendly staff and great value for money. Location is superb. Close to all amenities. Some great restaurants a stones throw from the front door. Family room suited our needs perfectly.

We were on the 3rd floor at the back of the building. Quite noisy with party goers leaving the nightclubs at the back of the building at all hours of the night (and morning). Knew this would be the case in advance of booking due to the location. Enjoyed watching some Japanese TV shows, minor complaint would be to perhaps have some International TV stations (BBC World, News etc)

Large room plus bathroom for a Tokyo hotel. Very close to train station, easy access to taxis, easy walk to many shops, Roppongi station is easy to get to other trains stations. 5mins walk to shopping complex. Staff are polite, great service and helpful.

Would like the laundry to have more than 1 washer machine and dryer. For your size, at least 2 + is needed. AND bigger size for both. A table next to microwave. There is space on level 2 that was blocked off next to ice machine. Breakfast menu should be better, more variety. Room should be vacuumed everyday as there was small insects found on carpet. (It is very possible insects had came on our bags or from other guess).

Location to what we needed was great, staff was helpful & friendly, that breakfast was good & reasonable- I had my family of 4 & we had the bigger room It was perfect & was big enough for all of us to be comfortable

Good location close to multiple subway lines. Only stayed 2 nights so can’t comment too much on the neighborhood as we were exploring elsewhere! Room was spacious compared to our other hotel in Tokyo.

Cleanliness can be improved. During the second night of our stay when we came back to the room, the bed had been made but there was a new black stain across the duvet cover. Also the sheets had some small holes in them. Some small moldy areas in the bathroom but nothing too major or gross. The hotel is definitely on the older side, but I think the property does a decent job keeping it pretty clean. Did not enjoy the self check in machines, it seemed to take longer cause I kept needing assistance from hotel staff.
