Location is amazing, love that it's right near the Yamanote line Shimbashi station, and this hotel has a bus stop for the Airport Limousine. It was a nice trip from Narita just a couple stops along the way to drop off other travellers. Restaurants and 7Eleven and FamiliyMart nearby. Room was big and clean and comfortable.

Great central location. Added bonus was direct basement link to Shimbashi Station. Offered rooms with a king plus single bed which suited us and saved booking 2 rooms. Good value for central Tokyo. All the room facilities you could need.

Great hotel located within 5 minutes walk from Shimbashi Station, Family Mart opposite and many restaurants in the surrounding area. It's also located close to Ginza which was about a 20 minutes walk. Staff were always friendly and helpful and most spoke english. Rooms were larger than we thought and the bathroom was a good size with both a shower and bathtub. Buffet breakfast was good with a mix of japanese and western choices.

We were located on the 15th floor and could just hear the trains from our room. If you're a light sleeper, I would suggest requesting a room further away from the train line.

Well-run hotel with a warm welcome and professional staff. Rooms are nice, and they will, on request, open a window. Breakfast is good with multiple options. Access to JR and metro are excellent with two stations adjacent and several more in 5-10 minutes walk.

The hotel is quite close to the main JR lines and even on the high floors the rumble of trains is audible.

Breakfast qualities should not be classified as those that belong to a 5-star hotel. No real juices were provided. Fresh and hot cooking eggs should be there. For Japanese types of breakfast choices were very dissapointed. Definitely next time if we have to stay here shall not include breakfast in our room packages. Should also improve on varieties of hot food served in the club lounge.

Loved the hotel which met our expectations for a great room size. Location right at Shimbashi station was excellent and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and worked well, and the beds were very comfortable in the firm Asian way. The hotel left my wife a lovely bowl of flowers as it was her 70th birthday trip, which was much appreciated.

The best hotel you could possibly stay at in Tokyo! Amidst all the modernity, this classic, well-maintained hotel stands out with its exceptional hospitality. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of Shimbashi Station, convenience stores, restaurants, and the ever-popular Don Quijote. The rooms are incredibly spacious—a rare find in Tokyo! There are even more highlights: in-room massage services (pay extra), a direct airport limousine bus to Narita Airport (pay extra), and several restaurants within the building (though we chose to explore dining options elsewhere). This hotel truly has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. It’s the perfect choice for your final stop before flying out of Tokyo!

We were quickly spoiled by other hotels offering buckwheat pillows and a free snacks bar. It would have been lovely to see those here as well. That said, I can understand how a snacks bar might not align with the classic, sophisticated vibe that Dai-Ichi is going for.

The hotel was excellent with respect to its five star facilities, cleanliness, fantastic bathrooms & very centrally located ,close to the Ginza area. Right next to the hotel there is a Family mart and Lawson department store diagonally opposite it which made it very convenient for picking up mineral water , breakfast on the go and for us to grab a quick bite after a late night arrival into Tokyo. Also around the corner is a McDonalds and 7-Eleven ! The hotels location is a great place to use as base to explore Tokyo in all directions as it is very central and we got around with Taxis very easily to explore the city. The staff was also very helpful and friendly and were easy to converse with in English. We had a great stay and definitely want to go back !

The tour desk is available but needed a bit of back and forth when you call from the room .However they are very prompt at following up your queries and check and get back to you.

Well furnished, very comfortable room in a hotel within easy walking distance of Shimbashi, Yurakcho, Ginza and their respective subway stations connecting to the test of Tokyo.

Luggage left at the hotel during the hours before check in or after check out is simply left in an unsecured public area near the reception desk. Also, the buffet breakfast served in the basement restaurant was of very poor quality. Thankfully the while the Japanese set breakfast served in the second floor restaurant was much better.
