Property has secure parking, rooms have microwave and small refrigerator included, they offer crib for your little ones. I had a great stay this is my second time coming back to this hotel

I stayed in the 4th floor and the room did not have a good smell, it smelled dirty and look was sticky other than that it was good

Breakfast is one of the best I've had during business trips. The staff was also very friendly. Room was clean and had a working mini fridge (great for left-over beers).

A lamp in my room couldn't be turned off...so the first night I had to cover it with some towels until the next day when I reported to maintenance.

Good location

Our room. Every time our AC would turn on there would be a loud noise and an almost a thump, causing the door & the room/entrance to shake. which made a difficult to fall asleep due to the frequent noise. also, the shower doors did not maintain the water inside of the shower. There was a puddle of water every time we got out of the shower. Which even ran outside of the shower and onto the carpet floors.

The property is ideally located, just a short distance from the airport and surrounded by a variety of amenities, including bars, restaurants, a movie theater, and shopping complexes. The staff is exceptional—extremely helpful and responsive. Just let them know what you need, and they'll find the best possible solution for you.

Everything was just perfect

My stay was very good it was clean, beds were comfortable,breakfast was good After traveling all day it was nice to relax in a clean room

The shampoo and body wash dispensers were watered down and the shower floor was very slippery My husband went down to inform staff about the shampoo bodywash situation he had not yet taken a shower Staff informed him that all the bottles had been stocked and ready to use He jumps in the shower and much to his suprise the shampoo bottle didn't work and the body wash was watered down Needless to say he was very upset

Well, it’s a brand new Holiday Inn so everything was nice and clean. Obviously, the location next to a brand new hospital across from a wonderful outside, shopping mall with tons of restaurants wonderful places to eat

I didn’t like the fact that the fee kept going up every day

Breakfast items should have clear Tags since as example myself not taking beef & pork. But no any tags found. Room TV unable to have english language movies & no TV with YouTube or internet connection.

Really great for an airport hotel. Big spacious rooms, lovely showers and good breakfast. Close location to the mall so plenty of options for eating.

A bit commercial, and the tiles in the bathroom were very slippery when the roof leaked

This property was excellent, this is my first time staying here and I I’ll return back!! I liked that the room had a refrigerator and a microwave. Really nice place to stay at!

I loved that you have electric car charging stations. That is what made me chose your location. Also the breakfast buffet was excellent.
